Waited a long time to get seated and was ignored over and over and then the same thing happened when I got seated to order had to flag someone down. Had to find my own high chair and silverware. Once I got my grilled chicken with 2 sides of okra and chicken and dumplings the chicken and dumplings were cold. I was too hungry to wait for someone to send back to warm up. Corn bread and biscuits at any location are terrible. The waitress was very nice but a lot of other people were rude.

It was somewhat busy. We waited 5+ minutes for someone to take our drink/food order. Some of our food was lukewarm some was super hot which is great. Two of our plates were delivered, then our appetizer and 3rd plate was brought out. It was an okay experience.

Kennedy was the server and was training a new person. The table in front of me had two customers a man n lady. They left. Kennedy preceded to explain how servers are required to bus their own tables. However i guess wiping them down is not required. The host wiped it down just as she was about to sit the next table. They patiently waited for the host to wipe the crumps off the table on to the floor. A towel was left on the table behind me. Where I m from, towels are not permitted to be left anywhere except the sanitize bucket!! The sad part, the restaurant was not that busy that the servers could not take the time to sweep n wipe down tables. I think its just poor customer service to walk customers to a dirty table, wipe the crumbs to the floor! What happened cleanliness? Kudos to the customers who sat at a table that was wipe down in front of them only to have crumbs surround them on the floor!! If you had zero stars........ that s where your rating would be!!

The wait is always incredibly long, even though there are several open tables in each section. The service is sub-par, as they cannot keep anyone employed. There has only been one waitress per section for several months. It is evident that there are very few cooks in the back because there is a 45 minute to an hour wait once you get seated and put in your order. Hostesses and other workers stand around and chitchat while there are things (broken glass syrup bottle) dropped on the floor needing to be cleaned up. Overall, it is usually a bad experience at this restaurant. I keep giving it a chance because I love Cracker Barrel. If you have the option to eat anywhere else, it is advised that you do so.

Great place to stop for delicious country cooking and even comfort food. We love the biscuits! The waitress we had was delightful, so disappointed I didn't ask her name. We were seated quickly and enjoyed our biscuits while we waited. The green beans and pinto beans are my favorite. I had the lemon pepper baked trout—tender and delicious. My husband had the true southern dish—chicken fried chicken smothered in white sawmill gravy—his response “good, good, good”. Great place to eat!

I went to this location on Saturday and had one of the worst experiences. My guest and I waited for our food over 30 minutes. We spoke to the manager, April, who cane to the table with a negative attitude. We asked about our food and what was going on and she stated that people had been waiting longer than us for their food. I stated that was not concern and I’m only addressing our food. She said people had been waiting almost sn hour for their food! I asked her if we could be comped or discounted and she very abrupt and emphatically state no and she was uncompromising. She refused to do absolutely anything! A short time later our food came out incomplete and incorrect! The grits were still raw and uncooked and eggs were not scrambled but it was in fact an omelet. We asked to speak someone over April. A gentleman named Alvin came out and was extremely apologetic for the treatment and inconvenience. We told him about our experience with April and he offered to re- cook the food himself for us. He also discounted the food. He was awesome. His ability to empathize with the customer and providing quality customer service are the signs of a great leader and manager. Alvin turned our experience around and made it right. Cracker Barrel should consider him s great asset to the company. The assistant manager, April, needs to be retrained in the area of customer service. Coree, the waitress was very empathetic as well as provided excellent customer service. We really appreciated her as well.

I’m usually a big fan of cracker barrel chain. So I didn’t put attention to reviews before ordering from here. And now I know why they have bad reviews. I got my food delivered through Uber eats. The food was cold when I received. Okay, it can still excuse that part, as it was delivered. I was emotionally hurt when I didn’t find any complementary biscuits. I love to eat in CB because their freshly baked biscuits which they give away as complementary. Moving on, the scrambled egg was just a lump of cold mass without any seasoning. The cheesecake stuffed pancake was disaster. I love pancakes and the idea of a layer/ stuffing of cheesecake was lovely. However, it seems nothing exciting except a white trashy sticky layer oozing out of the pancakes. I was disappointed. Seriously!

I was late joining my group for breakfast due to getting a flat tire fixed. As soon as I sat down, the server came over to ask if I wanted anything to eat or drink. Very caring and attentive! The atmosphere was great (as always) at Cracker Barrel... very festive and comfortable. There was a big fire going in the fireplace, and the store was full of Christmas/winter knick knacks. The parking lot was huge and had multiple large buses and semis. The curbside order spots were labeled well and easy to get to. The food at Cracker Barrel is not my favorite and I didn't order anything, but I munched off someone else's plate and the ham and bacon were fine. It was a nice spot to relax and catch up with family for breakfast.
