Even though it's in a large shopping center, this C. B. is a back home small town feeling, a great place to stop , and enjoy every minute. Food was cooked to perfection, I forgot to ask for silver ware, and they still added with out asking. I'm going to bring my love next time.
Went here today for lunch as it's my Dad's birthday. Tieasha our waitress was amazing, brought out a whole basket of biscuits as soon as we sat down. The food was amazing 🤩. I got the Casserole Breakfast with steak tips and my dad got the grilled chicken dinner. Both of our meals were good and the portions are large. I only wish I got a better picture of my meal but it was so good I ate most of it before the picture.
We dry camped in their parking area. The next morning we ordered takeout. The food was good but definitely not as good as in the restaurant. The order took longer than what was said but the cashier did her best to get it out to me. If you order eggs, I recommend scrambled. The bacon if ordered crisp breaks up into pieces. Plenty of parking.
We really enjoyed our time here! Food is great and the service was very fast! Most importantly their staff is very, vey kind!!! Thank you Cracker Barrel!
This was the worst Cracker Barrel I have ever eaten at! My mother and I are halfway through a 5 1/2 hour drive and decided it would be a good time to eat. Our favorite traveling restaurant is Cracker Barrel, because it’s always good food and always consistent. Not this time! We both ordered French toast. That was a mistake. Both orders were burnt, mine slightly less than hers. Check out the attached photo if you have questions. This will be only the second time I’ve asked to speak to a manager other than to compliment the service. Oh, and the waitress was rude to my mom, I almost forgot that part.
Went early (8:15 am on a Monday with a party of 9) at a uncrowded time. Seated promptly. Waited 1/2 hour before our server came over for drink orders. Waited another 1/2 before she brought them. Waited 10 more minutes before she took our orders. Then Waited 45 minutes and was served cold food. The hasbrowns were cold and in one hard lump. Eggs were cold but cooked to order. Waffles were also cold, etc. Not once did she come back to refill coffee or drinks and not once asked if the food was OK. We had a center table, ample access around, but she stood at one end of the table and reached over us, sticking plates of food in our faces telling us to pass them down. Those who ordered the biscuits and gravy, never received them. We know where not to take guests next time.
It's cracker barrel, what can I say. Marshay was an excellent cheerful server. The food was yummy and I didn't have to wait long for it to arrive at my table.
The blueberry pancakes looked good, but was burnt. My eggs were not very hot nor was the hashbrown casserole. The biscuit was doughy on the top. Our waitress Traci did a very good job serving us. The food here use to always be great. Unfortunately now we have alot of problems our order is not right or food temperature is wrong. My husband was served country fried steak gravy and the gravy looked like water with baby powder mixed in it. Then anytime ordered something off the menu and the waitress at that time said they were out of it then 20 minutes later said no they still had some so they brought it out to him and it was cold. They had it for a takeout order then when noone picked it up they tried giving it to my husband. Then another time my husband actually had a piece of plastic from a lid in his mac and cheese melt in to it! Go figure 🤔! UPDATE The upper customer care representative emailed me wanting to get location of this store apologized for our experiences and promised things would be looked into! I hope things get better here for all of us! 😁❤️😁Update they have improved their restaurant very well !! The food has been hot and delicious! The staff very attentive !Thanks so much we love our local Cracker Barrel it was important that it offered good food and gives people that travel though here and the locals too a great restaurant and stays open! Great job please keep it up!!!! UPDATE: Still great the chicken pot pie is heavenly 😇
