Hands down the worst Cracker Barrel I’ve ever been in. I don’t know if it made a difference that we were there an hour before closing or if they are always like this. My husband ordered the Steak and egg hash brown casserole which was supposed to have sirloin steak tips. The server came back after several minutes and said they were out of sirloin tips but they were substituting sirloin. No biggie. It arrived beyond well done. The biscuits they served were cold and never rose when they baked so they were inedible. When we got the bill, and the server was no longer anywhere to be found, we discovered that they charged EXTRA for the sirloin that they substituted.

The Service was good, we went in the evening and it wasn't busy at all. There were three of us but it took a long time to get our order out and when it came you could tell my plate had been sitting on a warmer or something because the plate was very hot yet the potatoes and meat were not even barely warm. I ordered a hamburger steak and it had so much pepper on it I couldn't eat it. I was really disappointed because when we usually go there we've never had any issues that bad.

Hard to mess up scrambled eggs but our first visit to this Cracker Barrel was disappointing to say the least. Waited almost an hour, they were out of cheesecake pancakes & strawberries, food took forever and was below the usual Cracker Barrel standard. Waitress was nice & staff were friendly but food needs improvement.

This was one of the worst Cracker Barrel experiences I've had. We were seated sooner than expected, which was a great start. However, it took 15 minutes to even be greeted by our waitress (who had 4 stars on her apron). Apryl didn't take any notes for our order and then some items were missing. We didn't get our biscuits and the apple butter that we paid extra for until our meal came out. We waited almost ONE HOUR to get our food from the time we were seated. Apryl didn't bother to check us during that entire time except when I flagged her down to see if we could get our biscuits. 10 more minutes went by and she brought them out with our food. I asked for things that were found to be missing and it took another 5 minutes to bring out a bowl of spiced apples. I know they were busy at the time, but the service provided was terrible.

Order a curbside pickup order for breakfast. Arrived on time and did the check in through the website via the text message sent to me. Waited and no one came out. Did the check in again and after waiting 25 mins past time for it to be ready I gave up and went inside. Food was at the register and not in a warmer of any kind. So the food was cold. I wasn't properly dressed to go inside either.

The food was delicious as is expected from Cracker Barrel except that the biscuits were cold and hard. This could have been because there was only 2 hrs until close so maybe earlier in the day is best for fresh biscuits! The service was severely lacking as part of our order was never received and we were never asked if we wanted anything else prior to the check being delivered. It was a bit louder than I usually expect, but this could have just been a rare occasion. Gift shop was well stocked and had lots of great goodies!!!

Family went in for a late lunch. Was seated fairly quickly and then proceeded to wait on our food for over an hour. The server finally came out and told us that there was an issue with the order system. Requested manager. The manager confirmed that on the busiest day of the week, none of the kitchen staff thought it was odd that they hadn't received a single order for over forty minutes. Explained my frustration. The manager basically said she wasn't responsible and wasn't her problem. No effort to made to make up for the situation despite the fact that I and several other patrons were quite unhappy at this point. Very poor customer service. Unlikely my family will be back anytime soon.

My family literally just left this location after attempting to have lunch. It was very quiet with most of the tables empty. We were seated and decided to leave after 10-15 minutes of the waitress chatting non-stop with the table next to us. We never got a hello or even got a drink order in. We finally lost our patience and just left. She still didn't seem to care. We won't be back to this location.
