One of the most consistent food quality and service places. Our server Sam was attentive, anticipated needs, and the kind. Food was delicious!

Out of all the times I have been to Cracker Barrel, I have to say this one was really disappointing. The restaurant is empty, and I am on the road, so I came in planning to take my time and enjoy my breakfast…. Grace, decided that wasn’t going to happen…. As soon as I sat down she curtly asked what I wanted and then when I didn’t say anything added “oh you need time” and walked off, a minute later she came back and just asked if I was ready, I had not even had a chance to look at the menu. I asked for a few more minutes and she stormed off. When she came back she didn’t say anything, I placed my order… it comes out the country fried steak was over cooked, but it was still better then the deplorable service Grace provided. I’ve barely eaten anything and Grace just drops the bill off…. Doesn’t ask if I want anything else or how it was, just drops it off…. Since she dropped off the check she came back one time to refill my drink, but that took way too long

WORST CRACKER BARREL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Cashier could see use waiting to be seated and tried to hide. We asked her to seat us after about 10 min and she seemed confused. We were seated and left to sit another 10 min before someone finally came to take our order. Place was dirty and smelled. Food was made and left sitting in the window while the crew went out to smoke or whatever they were doing in the parking lot out front. The excuse for the food taking so long was that they were short staffed, which was a lie. Several tables had the same issue and mentioned everyone kept going outside. No discount offered, no one asked how our meal or service was, and some free coffee is not going to make up for that experience. I would go on but I think you get the idea.

Worst experience at a Cracker Barrel ever! I love Cracker Barrel food and eat there frequently, both at home and when traveling. I was with a party of 7 on a Sunday afternoon around 2:30. Church crowd was almost gone, yet we were told that the wait would be 30 minutes. When we agreed to be separated into 2 tables, we were told they would likely get us right in. Even though there were several empty tables, we still waited at least 30 minutes to be seated—on two tables! Then, we placed our order in a fairly timely manner, but were told a few minutes later by the hostess (not our waitress) that the sirloin steak that was ordered by 3 of the 7 guests was frozen and unavailable. What?! At 3 in the afternoon?! We waited several minutes to place an alternate order. Two of the three orders just dropped the sirloin steak tips and added extra shrimp and chicken to their order that included those three items. One of those 2 guests wasn’t given extra shrimp to replace the steak. The green beans on her order had a hair in it. Her corn on the cob that was advertised as seasoned had nothing on it! We were extremely nice to our waitress, Tiffany, during all this because it wasn’t her fault. When the waitress brought the check, she explained that she had significantly adjusted the price of the ticket to reflect the missing steak from the three orders, but it was actually barely adjusted. She was a good hard-working waitress, so we don’t blame her for the poor experience but obviously this restaurant is poorly managed. We were just traveling through, so we don’t expect to ever visit this CrackerBarrel again. Thank goodness!

Best food amd service EVER!!! Cooks Donna, Kelly, Chris, and Devon NEVER fail. Managers Lilly and Susan are beyond friendly and professional and server Grant is the most kind and humble young man I have ever experienced he gives me hope for the future. The biscuits are what dreams are made of!

Food was great. I had the beef tips, chicken tenders and shrimp plate with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. Food was warm and tasted very good. The service was pretty good. The place was packed but they seemed to keep working people in. We enjoyed our visit. Great homemade southern comfort food feel.

Delicious pancakes and bacon! After a morning playing pickleball, this was a great way to have brunch! The staff was so friendly too! 😊

Not the Cracker Barrel my family and I used to love. The entire menu has changed. It's nothing like it used to be. We were there for breakfast and service was good but I like plain hash browns and when you have to pay an upcharge for an item like that it seems ridiculous. This is a place that serves breakfast all day you would think plain hash browns would not require an additional cost. I think $3.00 is ridiculous for a cup of coffee and 3.29 for soda is even worse. That is the biggest profit maker in the restaurant business. We hadn't been there for awhile and we probably won't be back for awhile either.
