We enjoyed everything about this Cracker Barrel. Our waiter, Cindy, was very attentive and did a phenomenal job. The food was great, we didn't wait long for our food and the store was well stocked. We will certainly eat there again the next time we are in Ringgold.

TERRIBLE!!!! We were sat immediately. Waited over 5 minutes before someone came and took our drink order. In the middle of telling our server we wanted an appetizer, she walks off. Another wait for our drinks. Another 15 minutes after that for her to come take our order. Another 30-40 minutes before we got our food. While waiting she never came by and refilled our drinks. Finally flagged another server for those. Our food was subpar. Had been warmed up. Just not Cracker Barrel standard. We were there over 90 minutes. AND THEY WERE NOT BUSY!!! Maybe 10 tables. Less than 5 by the time we left. Never saw a manager. Won't be back!

We stopped here at the Ringgold, Ga location because we were in town for an event. Seated immediately, waiter Cody was pretty cool, he was the best part abt the dinner. 4pm on a Friday night and they were out of the southern fried chicken..wow. When we finally got something ordered, the food came out super quick but it looked like whoever made the plates were frustrated and just through it on the plates. So messy. The maple bacon chicken had most of the bacon and sauce hanging off the plate, mashed potatoes had hard edges like they were the bottom of the barrel. Fried apples were mushy. Roast beef was a small piece of meat thrown on the plate and drenched in gravy, hashbrown casserole was a very tiny portion, smaller than we usually get and the salad was awful. Lettuce was brown, tomatoes were bad and the croutons were stale. Not a good experience at the Ringgold, Ga location and I do not see us coming back to that one.

Horrible whole experience all around. Had a group of 10 people half got their food after an hour and the other half didn’t get it for another 30 minutes. Sides were never made or brought out. My trout was burned to a crisp. Sat and waited for 20ish minutes on a refill. And a lot of people were just standing around doing nothing. Do not recommend this one. Go a couple exits down to east ridge.

I rarely leave a 1 star review but this Cracker Barrel was such a waste of time and money. The sausage was gross and watery, and the expensive vanilla latte had zero flavor. The grits were good but I didn’t pay $20 for a small bowl of grits. This was a to go order yet had no plasticware or straw. I had to return to the store and wait in line to get napkins and utensils, making me late for a meeting. I tried to call and get a replacement but their phone line kept dropping the call.

My husband had the grilled chicken with green beans and broccoli. I had trout with broccoli and hash brown casserole. Had apple butter with the biscuits. Everything was delicious. Cracker Barrel has something for everyone and is very consistent with their quality and service.

Ordered grilled chicken salad..I received rubber chicken salad with tons of salty croutons...lol

My group of 13 stopped here to eat on our long drive for dinner. We were seated immediately and our food was all hot, fresh and delicious, but what made our experience a 5 star was our server, Dalton. He was so attentive. He made sure consistently that we had everything we needed. He was also incredibly patient while we all figured out what we wanted to eat and with the children in our group. Truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience great. If you go here, ask for Dalton!
