We love Cracker Barrel. No matter where you are, you can depend on consistency throughout this chain. I love that they serve breakfast all day. My son loves the sirloin steak and usually just orders the steak. The service and atmosphere were great as always. We were very happy with our visit to this Cracker Barrel. And of course we like to go shopping afterward. Love all the specialty items they carry.

I just had the worst experience ever with a Cracker Barrel. We did order pick up as we were coming home from the doctor's appointment and very hungry. We arrived at the indicated "pick up time'" per the app and stood waiting for 15 minutes; my husband questioned if the order on the front desk was for us and was told no. Turned out it was our order and it sat until my husband peeked at the receipt. When we got home, we were disappointed by the quantity and quality of the meal. We order this meal a lot in store and are always happy; the pick up order was just sad. Broccoli barely cooked, pitiful amount of dumplings as a side, carrots also minimal and looked already half eaten and "smothered" hamburger steak had 3 small pieces of onion and no sauce. Just pitiful.

My previous experiences have been fine. Tonight, we visited at 9pm, my partner is from overseas and never had a pot pie. We ordered one for her, based on the picture provided online, and I ordered a cheeseburger. When the food arrived, she was shocked that it was baked in a plastic container, and was unable to eat it for the many reasons she learned while earning a biotechnology degree in Germany. I shared my plate with her and we finished, paid, and left. We did not bring this up to the server, who was excellent, as she has no control over this. The first photo is Cracker Barrel’s online photo of the chicken pot pie, the second photo is what was served to us.

*Food was really good. *Service was fine (waitress did her job perfectly, just didn't seem enthusiastic about being there). *Wanted to get three take home meals for the kids that's didn't want to come, but I was limited to two of em. *This place is nice, but the surrounding area (gas station and waffle house) probably lowers their property value 🤣 (not that Cracker Barrel has anything to do with that).

Comfort food at its finest. Our waitress was amazing. 👏 thanks for taking good care of us. We enjoyed our breakfast on the way home from a long day of traveling. Our breakfast was hot and delicious. Thank you for always having great food. P.S. sorry about not posting pictures. We were so hungry.

Friday 9/15/23 Ordered 4 dinners, everything was barley warm! Fried chicken was warm, probably sitting, hashbrown casserole, dry, old cool! Side Salad was good. Nothing was hot. Food sitting under lights way to long. Poor cooks! Should never allow food to be served like that. Probably won't go back!😪

A bit noisy but great steak for a great price

Came to dinner here about 40 minutes before closing, not something I like to do but was on the road and needed some quality food. When my partner and I stepped in the restaurant, no one treated us like we were an inconvenience. Service was so polite and genuine and that’s hard to find these days. Dylan was our server, ask for him. He was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed, later we found out it was his birthday! we got our food quickly and it was hot! Finished our dinner pretty quickly even though we never felt rushed, and we got out right at closing time. Win/win. Wasn’t a fan of a Cracker Barrel before this and now I’ve changed my tune.
