We were visiting Pigeon Forge and wanted a good hot home cooked breakfast. We only had to wait about 15 mins so I perused the store. So many fun, unique items. And several articles of clothes I wanted to buy. The server was a sweetheart and very attentive. Everyone got exactly what they ordered and no one left hungry! Sausage gravy biscuit was so flavorful. Pancakes were delicious.
Decent food and experience. We were a party of four that came to the Pigeon Forge location on May 24, 2023 in the mid-afternoon when there were two other occupied tables. The rest of the restaurant was empty. Two of us ordered the same meatloaf special, but with different sides. She wanted corn with mashed potatoes and gravy separate, but she didn't get it. The food was good. The employees in the actual store were pleasant and friendly. No booths in this location, just hard chairs.
Cracker Barrel usually is a great family stop or road trip stop. This particular visit was with family of 9. Waiter was great. Seats were snug and made eating uncomfortable at times. Plates are to big for tables. Bacon and eggs came out on a huge plate and we didn't have enough room for drinks. Pancakes were good but were cold and hard on the edges. Bacon was ok and eggs were cooked right but were on the cold side. Temperature inside was freezing. Not my favorite visit to Cracker Barrel.
Great value for the quality and quantity of food we got here. Service was incredible as well.
This store has good food and service. Wasn't busy when we arrived. No wait. Nice tart lemonade. Chicken and dumplings was the best I've had at a cracker barrel. I live in Georgia, and I rarely eat at cb because of food quality. So Tennessee has it going on. Plenty of parking to accommodate the seats they have. The only downside was the chairs. Noisy chairs. Constantly sliding in or out for seating or cleaning. That is the main reason I don't usually dine at CB's.
My wife and I ate breakfast here and it was great. All of the employees we encountered were nice and friendly. Our waitress was very good and the food tasted great. I had the French Toast and it never tasted better anywhere else. My wife had pancakes and said they were great. Now this is the way all Cracker Barrels used to be. I’ve never seen the Checkout counter placed in the middle of the store, but it looked good and worked well. We will be returning here in the future for more good meals.
What an amazing meal after hiking all day! Our server, Orlinda, was AMAZING! Even though she was super busy tending to other tables she always stopped by to make sure we were ok. I ordered the classics sampler and my wife ordered the sirloin sampler with shrimp. Both were amazing and hit the spot. Cracker Barrel is always priced reasonably. Orlinda’s service was far and above what I expected. Wow! Highly recommend dining here.
Great retail store!! One of the biggest and nicest ones I have ever seen! Bought several dresses for my wife!! We had breakfast and enjoyed ourselves! The waitress was very nice and she worked hard talking care of us!
