I must say the food is well-presented. Have not been to one that was not what one expects. That's the joy of traveling. And, why families settle on a hotel sequestered around Cracker Barrel. Having said all that, we (Linda and myself) were seated in a dining room in which approximately 24 were seated as a group. Yet, for us, Devon was our Server. This young man, with Dreadlocks is an incredibly intuitive Server. We could not ask for a better Server! The Group was a woman's Volleyball team from the University of Cincinnati. They would be driving to Kent, Ohio. I could not believe how quiet they were. But, here's the thing i abhor about Cracker Barrel. When "closing time" - or when time for certain staff to leave? It seems like the staff stages a "protest of sorts" that YOU are still dining; especially when their "shift is up"! In comes one of the girls with the metal dustpan and broom. CLANK...swish swish...plop...scraping... CLANK (repeat) within 4 feet of seated guests!!!!! We were seated by employees who never said "eat fast cause we're closing"! This DIS-SERVICE HAPPENS AFTER 8pm. I felt SORRY for the Volleyball Team! For sure, we expect "fine dining"at least what is affordable. Cracker Barrel, you NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS NOISE "message" to your guests! Pay your employees overtime! Or, just stop seating an hour before you want the guests out! Took my kiddo here for a lunch date. They were packed but we only had to wait like 10 minutes for a table. Once seated we did wait about 35 minutes for our food. I ordered a steak and egg casserole. It was delicious. Add some country gravy and it makes it even better. Love their little shop too. They have unique stuff.

Finally a Cracker Barrel that was good. Good food. Great service. Too bad they all can't be like this one 😪

Their pancakes are crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside! Favorite pancake place. The strawberry cheesecake sandwiches are delicious. They have the impossible (plant based) breakfast sausage, which is awesome for vegetarians. Service is always great and there is always something to find at their gift shop. Would reccomend this place for a family breakfast outing.

Our server was nice and polite. They made sure your coffee cup was always filled. Food was good. Nicely cooked. Homestyle chicken and French Toast was great. Steak and eggs was a little tough.

Love this place. Solid good home cooking on the road. Can't get any better than that. This time, we got brunch. I got the tips, tenders, and shrimp combo with hashbrown casserole and broccoli. My man got the Southern Fried Chicken with green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy. I always check the Yankee Candles for the 40% off scents. I can't believe that I never saw the Charlie's Chips before today. I had to get a bag...since I haven't seen these since they were last dropped off by the delivery driver in 1970 something.

Cracker Barrel is finally stepping into the 21st century and moving up in the world! We visited for the first time in quite some time, and were really impressed with the service, but mainly the new menu items. They now serve drinks in the way of beer and wine, as well as some Jack Daniels and Zing Zang options (peach whiskey and Bloody Mary). They also offer a new appetizer item of fried pickles, which were really yummy! I had my usual, the Sunday fried chicken dinner, which was wonderful as always. The others had a cheeseburger with thick-cut bacon, and chicken and dumplings. Everyone left stuffed and happy. The BEST part of the whole trip is that they now offer scan and pay, and you don’t have to wait in the long cashier line before heading out! To make matters even more exciting, they offer both Google Pay and Apple Pay. Talk about leading the way — who’d a thunk it? The old country store is trailblazing!

Haven't been to a Cracker Barrel in years so we were pleasantly surprised to find this store and enjoyed a great dinner! We were seated right away upon our arrival and the staff graciously assisted us in getting seating close to accommodate a disabled member of our party. The server was fun and very pleasant. Our food was delivered quickly and very generous servings. The biscuits were hard as a rock and the waitress immediate replaced them with new ones that were out of this world topped with their Blackberry jelly! Yum! They are very forward thinking and we were able to pay our bill at the table. We then browsed the gift store after our meal. Fun stuff along with a great meal!
