I want to stress that I do not believe the management contributed to the poor quality of food. Management tried to make it right. I have noticed over the past few years that Cracker Barrel's quality has suffered. That being said, I'm confident this will be my last trip to a Cracker Barrel until they make some changes and try to get back to something resembling what Cracker Barrel use to be. The steak resembled something I would give my dog. It was supposed to be a steak breakfast, but you can judge for yourself if this "Steak breakfast " looks appetizing to you from my pictures.

This is the classic southern restaurant! I didn't know why it was so busy until I was there. I chose the southern fried chicken and it was very good, far from any secret recipe, I just felt at home, there's the secret, it's a busy place but their staff is always ready with a smile to help you. Don't forget to take the time to buy a souvenir in their store, there are some very nice items. See you soon!

After 10 hrs of driving, we decided to give this place a try. My hamburger steak was so hard you could eat about half, I asked for the gravy with mushrooms and onions. No mushrooms, barely any gravy on either and the mashed potatoes were cold and dry. We were exhausted so we ate the loaded steak fries and fried pickles. Those appetizers were better than the meals.

The last time I went to Cracker Barrel about 15 years ago they had halved the food portions and raised the price. We sat there for 15 minutes and some black waitress walked by us 4 times serving everyone around us so I walked out and never went back. Like a fool I ordered food for delivery today , I ordered hamburger steak and it was cooked for at least 20 minutes. It was cooked way beyond well. It was dry as can be and I tried to cut it with a steak knife , it was brittle and falling apart. Yes the portions are still tiny. Cracker Barrel you will never screw me again.

Not all Cracker Barrels are the same. This one rocks. We tipped our awesome waitress, but give these people a raise! Friendly staff all around, great food made just right, and we left without having to take out a second mortgage. Thank you, Pelham Cracker Barrel for reminding me what a decent meal looks like from a roadside restaurant.

Signed in to wait for a table to come available for two for lunch at 11:55 am. I got a text saying I would have to wait 5 min and a message would be sent to come to receptionist to take me to a table. I waited and no text saying a table was ready. I waited for over 10 minutes. I saw a line of people and they were getting seated for a table. I ask the next couple in line if they had waited to be seated. They said no. I ask the receptionist what about me. I have been waiting for a text. He took the couple and seated them. I left. I never got a text for me to come to be seated. I have waited before on a available table and did get a text. Either the system was down or no training for the employee on how to use the system to text the customers that were waiting before taking a customer not on the waiting list. Lately, your stores customer service is below the standard you have set.

Great food, as always. Hot soft biscuits. Fast service. Which is great when you have a toddler. Clean high chair. Friendly staff. And who doesn't love the cool finds in the store!

The usual Cracker Barrel Experience. The wait was roughly 45 minutes. My daughter and wife shopped while we waited. Once we were seated our waiter promptly greeted us. He was very friendly. We ordered and 20 minutes or so our orders came out. There was several mix-ups, but the waiter did he best to correct. The food was decent except the pancakes which we couldn't cut with a knife. The waiter removed the pancakes from our ticket. The Pork Chops my daughter and I ordered were good along with the corn, hashbrowns and fries. My wife Shrimp were ok. All in all it was a decent trip to CB.
