User Reviews

We ate at this restaurant while on vacation. Just like most Cracker Barrel stores, the atmosphere was fun and inviting. They already had all their Christmas stuff out on display and it was only September. The staff was friendly and helpful with our order. The only negative I have was the food was a little cold. Our order came out within a few minutes so I was wondering if it had just been sitting under a heat lamp. I will say the portion size was huge. I ordered the chicken fried chicken and received 3 chicken breasts along with my two sides. Overall a good place to eat, just make sure your meal is cooked from scratch.

Good food, it was pretty busy, so the service was a little backed up, but she remained friendly and helpful to our large party. The food was better than the location's in the midwest.

Literally waited 40 minutes for horrible food to come out the kitchen and poor service on top of the 30 minutes to be seated. I realized the reason i stopped going to Cracker Barrel! I guess the staff is drinking the mimosas, beer and wine. Absolutely ridiculous and the cashier asked did i want to speak with a manager and maybe our next meal would be free. No sweetie hard pass; we won’t be back for free or nothing else. Our server Tyler was so disappointing he couldn’t even bring our check to table. He never refilled a drink and we had to ask for silverware and syrup. But he stepped and fetched for other guests… my grandson wanted pancakes is the only reason we stopped. Less than mid very underwhelming!!!

Would definitely come back. The food was great and the workers and waitress were very friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed our breakfast!

Most mediocre food I've ever eaten. Nothing stands out as being worth a recommendation. We were seated and then waited around for about 20 minutes before getting drinks or any biscuits/cornbread. When the food came out it was... edible? My son and I both got fried chicken and both of our meals were cooked extra long. Which is better than not long enough, but still disappointing for the price of eating out these days. I've had better chicken from gas stations for sure.

My first time going here, and I wasn't disappointed at all. The meatloaf was absolutely delicious and flavorful. My kiddo got the fried chicken strips kid meal, was really good and full of flavor.

I ordered some food to go from here and it was not good. It seemed like they gave me leftovers from the previous day. The cookies I had were cold and solid. I was told that they had just came out the fridge when they put them in the bag. So they weren’t fresh. When I complained, all they did was heat the same cookies up and gave them to me instead of giving me fresh ones. I added a picture to show. The chicken & waffles I ordered were cold and not good. They looked like there wasn’t an effort in making them or putting them in the to go container. They looked nothing like the picture on their site. The apple juice I got also tasted a little spoiled. My only regret was that I wish I ordered through Doordash so I can get my money back.

So this review is for a call I made not going to the actual store. When I have been there the food is great customer service is great and it's fine. I called though the other day was placed on about a 10 minute hold then was told I had to go through the app to do a curbside order, then she told me to hold on she transfer me back there and let them see if they could just take it over the phone and they will never answered so needless to say poor customer service and I didn't order anything ended up going somewhere else.
