Our server was great. I wish I could remember her name. Refills always there. Brought all the missing items. Food took almost an hour and a half to cook for a party of five. Cracker Barrel’s look and decor is the same it’s always been. Cluttered old timey farm antique shop slash diner. Nothing to be impressed by. But this was one of the worst experiences in meals we’ve had since coming back after they have reduced and changed their menus and food options. Before you’d have almost three menus. A breakfast, lunch, or dinner menu. Now it’s all one. I ordered the Home style chicken and French toast. On the menu and website it looks to be a chicken patty breaded and deep fried with 3 sliced in half French toasted slices of bread. Mine was two chicken tenders (they tasted fine) and what tasted and looked to be some premade frozen bread like gummy substitute. Those tasted horrible. I’d almost bet money they’re frozen and nuked before hitting my plate. Before the French toast on either side would fit together showing that normal bread shape. I had what looked to be like rounded pancakes and triangle slices. None of which fit together. Not sure what it was to be honest. On the pluses. Beer was ok. $3.99 for a can of Miller lite seems excessive. Especially when it’s $0.69 a can from a 30 pack from the store. Won’t be back for a while if not at all. Seriously. This food isn’t that hard to make.

Food was amazing I had some of it to go but was not fully hungry. But my girl was alhappy our 2 year 5 month anniversary.. had fun beating here in checkers lol 😆 😋 looked thru store while waiting checkers was after store 😅. Server Alexis was amazing polite amazing customer service.

03 31 2023 Pretty consistent with the food they serve. Everything has flavor and good tasted. Servers are fairly consistent with attentiveness, this comes and goes. 10 28 2017 Still good home food, review same as last. 9 15 16 Its Cracker Barrel, food is good at this location, seldom any issues. Wait staff friendly and attentive. Always a go to when needing vegetables and country type cooking.

I wish I could leave no stars. Ordered to go tonight over the phone and the girl on the phone was having a casual conversation with a coworker while trying to take a togo order and rushed off the phone to finish her conversation. When we got the order every specific detail of the order had been ignored none of the sauces or sides asked for where in the bag and the sides that had been heard and put down were doubled for some reason and all while we were telling her the order was wrong she continued her conversation with her coworker and kept walking away mid conversation about the messed up order. The chicken tenders are burned black and chopped into literal chicken CUBES. I’ve ate the same order every time and never in my life seen the tenders come out this way they look very unappealing. The last time we ate in restaurant the steak was sent back 3 times and we were told sorry it took so long our cooks are fighting in the back. Very high turn over and very low quality service and food.

Every time I’ve come here I’ve always had good service and great food. However, today was a special experience. My husband hadn’t eaten in over 24 hours due to a medical procedure scheduled for earlier this morning. After his procedure and clearance from the hospital we decided to stop here for lunch. Our server, Candy, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. She saw his hospital bracelets and noticed his droopiness ( anesthesia hadn’t worn off completely) and asked if he would like some biscuits or cornbread while he waited for his food to come out. This kind gesture left us astonished. She didn’t have to offer anything and could have went on about her day, but she showed such kindness to us. I am very grateful for what she did. To some it is a small thing to do, but for us it showed us why we come here. It’s the service that we receive. That is why we will continue to come back. Thanks, Candy! Much appreciated for what you did.

The food was good, but not as good as we had hoped. The waitress wrote down our order but did not remember everything. She was very nice but we had to ask for things more than once. Overall, I would return to eat there.

We arrived, were seated and then no one came to bring water or coffee. Once a server arrived she seemed irritated to wait on us and then when we didn't order food with the water she was huffy. When the actual server arrived she was pleasant and attentive. Food was good, I had the 4 veggies for $7.99, and the table also ordered fried chicken livers and pot roast, and the meal I ordered for the dogs was greatly appreciated.

Got the Friday coastal special, fish & shrimp. Really wanted broccoli rice cheese casserole as a special side but they were out of it at 4:30 pm. Victoria, my server, was great! Very accommodating, friendly & nice. She was the best part of my experience.
