My 1st ever dining there... I'd give it a 3 out of 5! Well I'm a very good cook myself, and I'd say that I love my cooking a lot better than the Cracker Barrel, I'm probably a little bit bias..but I'd definitely recommend them to you if you can't or don't have the time to cook for yourself! I had the sampler platter with the shrimp and steak strips, with chicken strips and mashed potatoes.. the steak was good even though she forgot to ask me how I wanted it cooked,a little on the small side..the chicken strips were a little bit disappointing,I was expecting a crispy coating, they were not what I expected.. the shrimp was good! I was disappointed in the serving size of the potatoes and other sides..But I'm some what of a amateur home chef, and I cook soul food everyday, and it's exceptionally good..so you may have a different opinion than the one that I have.. but I'll definitely be going there again,I want to explore the other foods on the menu.. like the salad and baked potato and the pancakes!! I'll probably love it 😋 it definitely looks good on the menu..oh and the cornbread is very good and the greens were kinda good too😜 So I'll definitely be going back,I wanna try the burgers too!!

Well, I had taken my mother for a doctors visit and afterwards she wanted to go to crackle barrel for lunch. She has been many times as well as my wife and I. The food

is ALWAYS delicious! This visit made it even more so with the waitress we had, her name is Jasmine A. Never did she ever come to our table without a smile on her face and with an attitude to please! This young lady took very good care of my mother and I. As well as, other customers she was waiting on around our table. Jasmine A deserves to be recognized for the outstanding job that she does for the patrons in this establishment!!! PLEASE, if you can, extend our gratitude to her for making my mother and I feel as though we were the only patrons in your establishment. Thank you to everyone at Crackle Barrel, Springhill Dr, North Little Rock Ar for your hard work and dedication!

Well, we had a short day trip today, and it was almost lunchtime, so we stopped at Cracker Barrel. My husband, daughter, and stepson were with me. I really enjoy the food here and the young lady who was our server was very friendly and helpful. As soon as we sat down, an older man came straight out of what seemed nowhere lol started asking about my husband's service in the US Marine Corps, when he was in and that lasted about 5 minutes then he thanked him for his service and left. This happens often, and it's always interesting to hear stories from the other gentlemen, and we thank them for their service as well. Anyway, the atmosphere in the restaurant was your normal families and such. We always look at all the vintage things that are hung throughout the place. And then we ordered the food which is for me always coma inducing after I eat it 😆 My eyes and stomach never agree with each other. So here's what we had...chicken and French toast, hashbrown casserole tots, pancakes, eggs, bacon, biscuit, and gravy. I had a Caramel Frappe on ice 😋 😍. Then it was nap time on the way home, lol.

Wild CAR CRASH happened outside of Cracker Barrel in North Little Rock. AR while we were rocking outside on chairs. About 10-Cop SUV's were following this car at a high speed when he turned fast to get on the freeway and flipped over. We had already eaten our breakfast and it was great. The waitress was wonderful.

There is a level of expectation and reliability when road tripping and seeing a Cracker Barrel nearby. The location in West Memphis, AR did not meet any of those expectations. It was dirty- jelly on the table, sticky floor. That can be explained towards the end of a day, but this wasn’t looking like it was going to be cleaned at all after we left either. Service was terrible-slow, they were out of foods- applesauce, chicken pot pie, and the chicken and dumplings was watery. I ordered a house salad, and while eating I found a live fly UNDER lettuce! This wasn’t a fly that flew by and landed on my salad, it had been there a while and was now covered in salad dressing. That was the end of my meal. So grossed out. Manager was closing out staff and not available- I just wanted out of there. Disappointed to say the least. Don’t need to come to this area ever again.

Great service, great food, & pretty quick meal delivery (at a modest price) for a full-service restaurant! One of our favorite places to eat. Yes, it’s stout, old-fashioned food that’s not as healthy as you know you should be eating, but it’s a bit healthier than most fast food and lots more delicious! Ask for Amanda as your server
she was prompt, pleasant, and knowledgeable.

I love cracker barrel.. this is the first time I've ever used curbside. I parked in handicap instead today because I was going to go in. Last minute I changed my mind I had fallen earlier at work. The app tells you to put "0" if there are no spots and put on your Hazzards, my truck is red Although I probably could have moved to curbside, I was the only red truck out there. I ordered in the parking lot. I never moved. I watched the young man take out orders until mine was ready. He finally brought my order as promised time. But kinda snarkly said I didn't know you were here next time park in curbside?. Um, your app said to do it the way I did. So I did. There is no need to be snarky. He didn't know I was there he must have walked past me 4 times. I was the only red truck it was NOT that busy. Sorry, I had a not good day either. I didn't take it out on you. Also, how do you burn meatloaf?

Not much to say, Cracker Barrel is normally wonderfully consistent no matter what state or location you visit. I'm personally addicted to the pancakes, mainly because they're the only place that gets that crisp edge to them. Our most recent trip like all of our previous had excellent well trained and welcoming staff, both in the dining area and the store. The only reason I marked it down was the portions appear to have gotten smaller, which is fine except the quality doesn't appear to be as high. The hash brown casserole meal I had was bland albeit it with perfectly cooked over medium egg. It wasn't particularly hot food and the cheese inside wasn't even melted. My wife's steak was tough and looked to be more like a piece of roast that was cut and passed as a steak. Having spent my first 20 years growing up on a cattle farm and butchering the beef we ate, I feel fairly qualified to make that guess. The meat was tough, generally lacked any flavor or seasoning, and was quite underdone. Don't get me wrong, I love a good rare steak, like walk it through a warm room rare. But this was a bit much even for me, especially when my wife ordered it medium rare. Hopefully the quality comes back up to match the excellent service because we love hitting up Cracker Barrel with our boys and enjoying the good food and surroundings.
