I ordered takeout from this location a lot, especially during the pandemic. Went in tonight and it was one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had. Waitress Lillian did not bring drinks till the food was already out and half gone. I ended up throwing half my stuff away because I lost my appetite. My son basically had to txt the girl he knows from school who works there to even get a refill. I will never go to this location again. And it wasn't even busy there were like 5 or 6 tables. Paid 40 bucks for half eaten order. .....Never Again. You need to retrain your servers or keep their phones out of their reach.
Ordered delivery. Ordered the chicken fried chicken, received no gravy. That’s what makes the meal!! Called the restaurant, put through to the take out girl. Told her the situation and was met with dead silence on the phone. Told her since she had nothing to say I’d contact corporate, she said ok and hung up. Unbelievable. Never had an issue eating in the restaurant and this is the first time ordering delivery. Noticed on the receipt there is a spot for someone to quality check, no one obviously checked my order. So disappointed !!

Met some friends for lunch as I was driving through the area. When I pulled up the place was slammed. Yet the wait was only 20 minutes as they were great at getting people through. Portions are huge! The service was incredibly friendly and fast. I forgot about the store area inside. Lots of stuff for tourists. A little congested though. Great place to gather with friends!
We came into this restaurant celebrating our Father’s who have both now passed. This place has been long loved by my girlfriends father who brought her here as a young lady. Your restaurant was a wonderful homage to her father and all the other fathers who celebrated Father’s Day together today. Krista our waitress was just an absolute delight. She served us with a kind smile and made sure we were satisfied with every detail of our meal. All our food had a wonderful homemade feel, came in a timely fashion and even on such a busy holiday we were seated within minutes of our arrival. After our lovely meal, we wondered the gift shop where we found several items to serve as keepsakes of this special day! Thank you to the CRACKER BARREL restaurant for making our time here to celebrate our fathers memorable!
Surprisingly, very good quality meal and affordable.
Dawn is having her hamburger steak and I had there new chicken bacon southern plate. As always Cracker Barrel delivered a delicious plate of food.
