The majority of the food was really good. My only complaints are about the Chicken and Dumplings, the dumplings were very underdone. A little too goopy for my liking personally but hey, someone may be into that! The service was awesome. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. Also very sad that you all discontinued the Pot Roast. :(
Great place to have a good meal. The food was delivered quickly. It’s so good that all the local state troopers hang around. I’ve seen at least 6 police cars parked on the premises.
I came here with a group of six on a Tuesday evening. We were seated immediately. Our young male waiter was prompt and efficient. Our order came out quickly, and everything was correct and delicious. I could tell that the manager on duty was staying on top of things. I like the new menu changes, and the food really seemed to be a notch better than before. It still seems strange that they serve alcohol here. Guess I'm old school like that. Of course, the gift shop is always interesting. My favorite meal here is the Southern Fried Chicken with a baked potato and side salad. A really good experience.
This was my first bad experience with Cracker Barrell. Our waitress was terrible!! There were 6 of us, she reminded us many times how difficult it is to wait on "such a large group". This waitress had trouble getting our drink order straight (all non-alcoholic). When our dinner finally started to arrive ( close to an hour later), most all the meals were mixed up, cold or wrong. My daughter and I spoke to the manager about the concerns. He sent another waitress to our table. She reordered everything, and we were eating our correct meals within 20 minutes. Our meals were comped to us by the manager, which was very nice. In the end, it all turned out okay. I'll return to this restaurant with my family to try again.
Food was great...... I had the country costal sampler. Shrimp was good and crunchy. Fish was great. Had fries and coleslaw for my sides. Only issue was the waiter she was not very attentive. We had too wait on drink refills. We had to rely on the waiters around us for condiments. The food was hot and was out to our table very quickly.
The food was amazing just like any cracker barrel. The service was ok but they seemed to be short staffed. The restrooms were just plain nasty. I really liked the store and the prices were great. Overall not a terrible experience but could have been better.
It feels like home. Very inviting and the atmosphere is great. I absolutely love the store, even if I almost go broke in there Lol The service was great! They were fast and very knowledgeable about the menu. I couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend the food and the store 😉
What a way to start our trip! The food was awesome! Chicken fried chicken meal and hamburger steak meal! Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart, and the young lady that paid our bill to was sweet as well!
