Update: September 23,2023-Cracker Barrel in general is just going down hill! Our breakfast this morning was horrible. How do you mess up eggs? Well scrambled was like scrambled poured on burner and fried. My son had shells in his eggs. The biscuits were hard and crumble apart as I tried to cut and put jelly on the biscuits. The pancakes were way to done and hard on top. Like they were sitting for a while and they decided to throw them back on the burner to heat up a little. Not to mention the portions was enough for a child, not a grown adult. HOWEVER, the waitress was great. Very spunky and ready to serve. She was hustling! We left a good tip for her but expressed the dissatisfaction in the food. Not to get anything free, (it is not always about getting something for free) and we didn’t accept anything free! We just appreciate the quality of food we pay for, and at this location, we did not get that! Enjoy

Update Sept 2023: Recommend the barrel bites (2 for $8.99 currently). We got the fried pickles & the loaded hashbrown casserole tots (pictured). Our server was absolutely marvelous! She even joked around with us like we were old friends. Having a friendly server makes the whole eating out experience much better. Our food was brought out quickly, it was correct, food was hot, our drinks were never empty (even got some to go). A great experience all around. Original review: Put our name in for a table and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. That was expected for a Saturday evening. It ended up only being MAYBE 10 minutes before we were seated (the text message notification system is neat too). Server was prompt and friendly. Food was delicious. Only complaint was that we asked for mushy broccoli and it was still crunchy (edible, just not the texture preference). Our server offered to get us another batch, but we said it wasn't necessary. Manager was even out of the floor to bus tables and asking people if their food was good. He was very friendly as well - chatted with us a bit.

My favorite place to eat, great breakfast. Ham and eggs and my husband had sausage and eggs , we both had biscuits 😋

Both my wife and I ordered the “hamburger steaks” medium well, both came out well or almost over done. You could tell on the grill to long and all the juices flat ironed out. Sides were great, and our server Brittnie S did a great job!! Watching the staff, they appeared short handed, obviously needed dishwasher busboy service and less hostess’s with iPads. Lots of folks waiting with many tables needing cleaned when we left. Cleaning… table tops only wiped off with the same dirty towel from table to table, sanitizing must not be required in KY? 🤔

I've been to other Cracker Barrels, and none have given me the experience I've had here. I ordered the sausage gravy and biscuits, and when it arrived it was nothing like ice ever had. I specifically asked if they made the gravy in house or if it was canned. Our server said they made it in house, with that being said it was the worst I've ever had. The gravy tasted like flour paste and I was unable to eat it. My husband ordered his eggs over medium and milk to be brought out with his meal. His eggs came out hard, and the server never brought his milk. I don't think I'll ever visit another Cracker Barrel again. 😕

Food was really good and great service

Food was good, service was average. I don't think they have enough help for the crowds. Plenty of parking, right of the Interstate.

Visited with my mom and sister for breakfast. We Ordered grits and crisp fried bacon. The grits were dry and bacon under cooked. We had to ask several times to have our coffee topped off. Normally service and food is great. Not this visit.
