It seemed packed, I couldn't feel any air conditioning please turn air on 67 or 69 it was hot . They kept asking if food was fine , well if they are serving good food they should know it alright or not food poisoned , if they were asking service was ok . It just the environment didn't seem happy and excited like it was last time. It seemed more like a Sr restaurant then a 39 year old restaurant. Restaurant are suppose to be an escape from. Cooking at home , excitement good food good time . All I saw was old people eating , I thought cracker barrel catered to every age. If it caters to every age , the environment.just didn't seem.happy like it did before pandemic hit. Now after pandemic hit 3 years later it now has become restaurant for older age people. I love eating here but the environment should feel like year 2023 joyful excitement young , all I saw was old. I want this place to be exciting again. That all it should feel young full of life of any age . The end

Food was ok it was crowded ,the wait was long I did not like that you have to walk through the gift shop to go In and leave it’s the only entrance so of course the kids wanted things toys candy what ever service was ok he took along time to get things asked for jelly was almost done by the time we got it

Overall, good experience. Everything tasted great. My only disappointment and what kept this from being 5 stars was the fact that the cheesecake pancakes barely had any cheesecake filling in them compared to what you see on their hundreds of billboards. I never expect anything at a restaurant to look 100% like the advertisement but this was blatant laziness or just being cheap. Nevertheless, our waitress was happy to get me a side of the cheesecake filling. I would have been pretty upset if I had ordered carry out to discover this at home though.

I'm accustomed to a very enjoyable, positive experience with Cracker Barrels across the country. Not so much at this place on this date, very disappointing. Service was slow, table was wet, food was cold. The only refreshing and HOT item today was the French Toast Latte.

Great food in a down-home country atmosphere!! Love the different candy and soda that you can't find anywhere else. Put in the menu that you have to ask for the biscuits. We didn't get any and later, when my wife thought of it and asked, the server said that the policy changed and we have to ask for them. To her credit, she bagged some up so we could take them home.

Tried the Biscuit Benny. Was great. Frinedly service with a smile as always at the Cracker Brrel

We RV and sometimes stay over night in Cracker Barrel parking lots. We stayed here overnight June 2023. We ate dinner that night and the food was great. We had chicken pot pie and the meatloaf dinner. The waiter was super attentive and helpful. I even bought a cute rain coat at 60% off and it was raining. There is a McDonald’s right behind it where I walked over for my morning coffee before driving away. We didn’t wait for Cracker Barrel to open. I walked our dog that evening and there was a rabbit hopping around in the grass in front. Great stop!!

I came in around 9:20pm. Just finished an 11hr drive and was starving but didn't want to be "that customer" that comes in right before closing. I made sure to check first if it was okay to dine in, I was okay with take out too lit of courtesy. The staff were all super friendly. I felt so welcome in a way I've never experienced. My server was Jack, he was excellent, looked out for me and gave me some of his top 3 picks, which I ended up picking one of them, the Meatloaf. The food was delicious, shout outs to the chef and staff in the kitchen, the food came out so fast and especially during when you guys were preparing to close, thank you all so much. The cashier (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was excellent as well. She was efficient and courteous, fantastic customer service. If you've read this far and still debating whether or not to come? Just the customer service here alone is worth dining here.
