User Reviews

It is official; Cracker Barrel is my favorite franchise restaurant breakfast. The breakfast is always good and satisfying. The service was outstanding. The quality of service was so good that I did not have to ask for anything. Without asking, the server left room in my coffee cup to add cream. Mostly, I love the store and the shopping experience.

Typical Cracker barrel vibe. Food was fresh and hot, but waitress didn't seem happy I was set in her section. Hostess and cashier were cordial. Did find a nice Edgar Allen Poe book though, so was a good night. Got the biscuit beignets to go. They were pretty awesome.

We were greeted right away. The Server came right away and took our drink order. The drinks and food came out pretty quickly. Our orders were all wrong! The Server seemed new or just did not know the menu. My son ordered the Hash brown casserole breakfast, with eggs over Medium, it came with scrambled and none of the toppings that were supposed to be on it so it was very dry and he did not eat very much of it. My Husband ordered just 2 eggs and Bacon the server said he had to order the whole breakfast all he wanted was the eggs and Bacon. I ordered the Egg sandwich, the server said you get a side even though all I wanted was the sandwich,I said ok then the hash browns. I was charged .99 cents for them when they should have come with the meal. Oh but you said plain so that's 99 cents more well she never said it would cost more. I did not even eat them. So sorry for the long review but this is why we rarely come to this restaurant there is always something that is not right. The girl that cashed us out was very polite and friendly.

This is easily our favorite place to be in for both shopping and dining. We love everything about it! As for this specific branch, there's wide parking area, big store and even bigger dining area. The staff are courteous. Very clean. Love the spicy fried chicken!

We always enjoy stopping at a Cracker Barrel when we are on the road. This one did not disappoint. Staff was very friendly. Our food was brought out in a timely matter. Food was cooked properly and at proper temperatures.

My thoughts are mixed for this place. I don't think food has ever been served to me so quickly at a non fast food restaurant. The menu has some interesting ideas, like desserts with sodas as ingredients, and cinnamon roll pie. The food was pretty decent tasting, but I'm dissatisfied with the options. Even the salads all come with meat on them. I asked for my hash brown casserole without the bacon, and my husband noticed our server made a weird face and an audible noise of disbelief. We didn't see anywhere on the printed menu that impossible sausage is offered. I was browsing the menu online after this experience occurred in the restaurant, but I got an error saying "the request was blocked." It wouldn't let me return to the menu. Their country veg plate at least has beans as a protein source, so that's a step up from Texas Roadhouse.

Failing and fast….so my family and I go in. Immediately greeted and drink order taken. It was obvious they were short handed but I was patient. We asked for cornbread and biscuits. After 20 (yes 20) minutes finally brought to us. Waiter took our order and didn’t give us an estimate. We waited 45 minutes. Other people waiting long time too. Waiter didn’t check for refills so we asked another waitress for refills. Food came, but items missing. No potato I ordered, no steak sauce and no steak knife. Hubby ordered country fried steak with gravy, no gravy or ketchup for fries. Finally showed up. He had bad attitude. Couple next to us left after 45 minutes! So sad. Waitstaff could have at least asked for refills or something for our wait. I get things changed since COVID, but at least have a good attitude. Leaving out I saw their score of 80 (B). Now I see why. Yikes. Cracker Barrel Cordele do better.

Visit was PERFECT!! It was a tad chilly inside but it’s also a million degrees outside. Food was hot and cooked perfectly. Our waitress was superb!! We were in and out in an hours time. Which was great since we were traveling with our four legged dogter. O
