The General Store country theme is warm and hospitable. The host person and servers made our party feel welcome and special. We were celebrating a very special event - our mother’s 90th Birthday. She felt especially honored as staff members made an effort to pass by our table and offer her congratulations on her milestone day. Thanks for a great meal and celebration.

This was the first time this happened usually cracker barrel be on point. Yesterday my food very cold the food was sitting in the back way to long we waiting for awhile as well before we finally wa able to eat. The favor was there in my food just too cold not even lukewarm. Hopefully this will never happened again. I travel alot we I vist my sister this one my favorite places to eat.

Updated:7/14/23 I cannot for the life of me figure out, why it was so hard to get an order correct as well this time. I placed my large breakfast order TWICE and both times, I failed to get the extra grits and the extra order of bacon which also comes at a PRICE. However, the food, received was much IMPROVED and quite EDIBLE this time!! So my rating was raised on the food but DECREASE for service. ********************** 3/19/23...my kids went to )have brunch but brought me back breakfast like I asked. Today, my French toast was BURNT on the BOTTOM BUT NICE looking on the FRONT. I also received the ENDS of the LOAF as part of my French toast order. Now as far as my cheese eggs & grits as well as the bacon, they were beautifully cooked. However, I just DON'T understand why is it so hard to get EVERYTHING COOKED RIGHT in a takeout or delivery order from this store. Downgrading my rating on this order. ******************** ********************* I hate undercook grits as well as biscuits that are even slightly scorched on top. Today 2/26/23, we reordered and I must say that everything was perfect 👌especially my grits and biscuits. Upgrading my rating guys.

Had a great time! We arrived around 645pm and there was a 35-min wait, but we explored the shop and bought some old fashioned candies while we waited. Our server was awesome and she got us everything we needed. I got the Grandma's breakfast and husband got the Country Boy breakfast. I enjoyed every aspect of mine. The smokey flavor of the sausage was great, they cooked my eggs correctly, and the pancakes were delish. Husband wasn't super satisfied with his. He got double grits as his two sides, which he mixed with the sausage and eggs and he enjoyed that, but the biscuits and gravy were flavorless and bland. So disappointing. Overall, though, we had a great time. Tons of filling food for less than $30 (incl tip!) Being able to pay on your cellphone instead of waiting in line after the meal is a huge plus, too!

Ordered fried pickles as appetizer and then chicken &dumplings with hash browns for me and my wife ordered chicken with hash browns. Waiter did not ask about biscuits or muffins. Fifteen minutes later, no waiter has been seen again and no appetizers yet. An apparent dispute at a nearby table brought a manager out and as she passed our table, she wanted to know if all was okay. I explained that now it had been twenty minutes with no waiter or food and she said she would handle it. Three to five minutes later, waiter appears with our dinners but no appetizers. and no biscuits or muffins. We asked about these and he says "I got ya" several times and I told him to forget the pickles as our meal is already on the table. He departs--with no refills or napkins. Dumplings were too salty as if several packets had been dumped in them. I could not finish even a third. My hash browns were more big chunks of onions then potato and were luke warm at best. Waiter makes appearance and when he is told I am not happy with the meal, he says "I got ya" a couple times then refills the water and disappears again. He comes back with bill. When checking out. asked if I wish to see manager and I said yes. Apparently the girl;s microphone was not working correctly as that took several calls and several minutes. Manager listened. asked what area and said he was sorry. No " I will take care of this" or "it won't happen again}. Just Sorry. I am sorry too as I will not come back here again and doubt I will visit any of the other sites also. NOTE: Not very crowded and several other waiters were back and forth tending their duties in same section.

I've been going to this particular location for years. I give four stars only because the food depending on the time of day you come can be inconsistent. The service has always been decent and sometimes it has excelled. I would love to see Cracker Barrel the way it was when I was a kid and when it didn't feel corporate. It was a much richer experience then.

We came on a Sunday on our way home from Atlanta Airport and it wad packed. We patiently waited for an hour. Once seated service was quick and our server was attentive though she was busy with all tables occupied. Food as always deliciously made. Never gets old. Whichever branch we go, we go home full.

It was good but the wait for 2 hours is ridiculous. I feel like they should have a separate room for the people with big parties. The service was great but when we came in the tables were too close and they weren't wiped down from the other people that were sitting there. In all the service was amazing but to Cracker Barrel franchise if your going to be a place were families go you need to be bigger and more organized.
