Ordered a simple biscuits and gravy breakfast and the biscuits were raw dough. The replacement biscuits were also raw in the middle. When I mentioned to the manager about both instances all they said was “Did you let your server know?” It’s a biscuit..literally put it in an oven for a set amount of time and let it cook. I’ll literally never come here again.

We had Que as a server - he provided fabulous service and was very helpful. The food was delicious and hot and the restaurant was clean. Appreciated the few vegetarian options offered.

We usually have had a good experience at Cracker Barrel in other locations. We were traveling out of our state, but tried it because we recognize the brand. Food was okay, nothing remarkable. Chose chicken pot pie, they were out. Chose fish and chips, only served certain day - the day we were there was not the right day. Finally tried chicken-fried steak, it was a bit over-fried, kind of dry. Young woman who served us was a sweetheart. She kept her composure, apologized for unavailable choices. Friendly, welcoming.

The waitress was excellent, fantastic, and superlicious. My sister wants PLASTIC eatery, even the cup...all to go items even though she is eating in. Duhh.. global warming, conservation, Earth Day, etc. Back to my point, she wants her pancakes golden brown, but not too brown, kinda light, but not under cooked. Girl, bye!! Our waitress had the patience of Job. It takes her 5 minutes to order with all these quirky requests. Our waitress didn't flutter. Young people, stay in school and LEARN, or you'll wait on my sister one day.

Typical restaurant. Amazing service. Food is good.

Biscuits were old, dried out and hard. The gravy was old also. Looked pink instead of white. Server didn't have a very good memory. Asked for extra napkins and never did get them. Tea glass was empty and took awhile to get refilled. Not coming back here again. We'll stop at the one at O'Fallon. Food should be fresh when it costs $25 for 2 meals.

We meet family at store 111 at least 4 times per year. We waited more than a hour for a table for 16. Cindy the manager sat us at 2 different tables. Our waitress would add a table to accommodate our party of 16. The Manager Cindy was rude and wouldn't allow the table to be moved. Cindy was very rude. If we wait patiently for more than and hour please accommodate the party of 16. Store 111 needs to correct this Manager.

Not a fan of a few waitresses etiquette with large crowds, like Larry’s . However, some workers like Clint are rather welcoming. The food was as good as the menu made it look though. Me and my family sure enjoyed our time!!! ALSO, all their sides feels like the kid menu, especially the potatoes
