One of the best places to eat. The food is southern style, tastes good and is affordable. They have an all day breakfast menu as well. As always great service

Pic #1 was the scrambled egg breakfast. Pic #2 was the rib tips, fries & chicken tenders & corn fritters. The #3 was my pot roast plate, and it was A+++! The meat was tender, the gravy delicious, and the spiced apples were very good. My husband loved his steak tips, and he thought they were tender and surprisingly good. The chicken tenders were fried so hard he had a difficult time eating them. There was also a basket of fresh, warm bread, the dinner rolls were delish, and the cornbread was very dry. A fun place to eat, prices are very reasonable but the food is hit & miss.

Our server was good, though it took about 10 minutes for someone to come to our table once we were sat down. But regardless, he was great and I had no issues there. I ordered the Country Boy Breakfast, he informed me that it no longer comes with a sirloin steak but it now comes with steak tips. I got it anyway and decided I'd try it. When they brought our food I was very confused because what was on mine was a grey pile of half cut up meat. It's like they took a piece of meat, cut it long ways and cross ways halfway down. I'm not sure why? Like is it steak or steak tips? Pick one. Anyway, regardless of how it was cut, it was the meat itself that was the issue. Everyone at the table was disgusted and confused with how it looked, smelled and tasted. It was very dense and chewy.. and it had the texture of overcooked liver almost. It was barely seared on the outside so there was no "crust" that you normally get on a steak when you cook it. And the flavor was weird to say the very least. I'm not sure if this change was a cost saving method or what, but I would rather pay more for the country boy breakfast and get an actual steak. It was obvious that this was a very low quality piece of meat and I have doubts that it was even sirloin at all. I ended up just ordering a side of bacon and did not eat the "steak tips." My over medium eggs also had raw eggwhites. The grits and pancakes were good though. Overall just a very disappointing experience. I definitely won't ever be ordering anything that comes with steak tips anymore if we decide to go back. Which sucks cause the country boy breakfast was my favorite 🤷‍♀️ I know times are hard right now with the cost of food, especially for restaurants, however, I'd rather pay $3-4 more for the CB Breakfast and get the same steak it used to come with.

It was nice and clean. My friend and I didn't have to wait on a table. Our server was very nice. She checked on us while we ate. The food was hot and tasted good. I noticed the restaurant being very clean. All the employees were friendly and all were smiling.

Takeout Trash... I usually LOVE Cracker Barrel. I've never been to a bad franchise. Never had bad food there. Until now. Had take out here, the portions were children sized. Food was cold, extremely bland. Meatloaf was dry, burned on the bottom, and didn't even resemble a slice of meatloaf. I warmed it in the container for 1 minute and it literally crumbled. On top of that, they forgot one of my sides I paid extra for, gave me 1 cutlery set for 2 meals, and the cornbread was overcooked, dry, and tasteless. Nothing in this meal tasted remotely okay. These people obviously don't care what they're putting out at all.

I've eaten here a few times usually busy so there is a waiting line best to visit early or later. Overall food not bad however the quality varies as I was not impressed with the meals. I like their breakfast but I noticed my grits were watered down and somewhat cold. Eggs were ok, Bacon was a tad greasy no surprise here, my biscuits were a little dry, coffee was good. Waitress was a little slow on response but the place was busy so you have to learn to have patience. My table had crumbs on it prior to seating so they did not do a very good job cleaning it, so overall gave it a 65. My recent visit I noticed the floors were dirty suggest someone take some time to clean them throughout the day. I ordered a BLT (not on the menu) not recommended as it was bad. The bread had a burned taste to it? Ordered extra bacon (never happened) overall bad. The Fried apples and Ice Tea was Great. Had a complimentary dessert coupon was wanting a granny chocolate pie but they did not have it. The server recommended the Double chocolate Fudge Cola Cake w/vanilla ice cream it was so dry I could not eat it kinda sad had two bites and it made me gag the icing tasted like something out of a can nothing homemade about this dessert. My recent visit was not good so I'll leave it at that as I've had way better meals elsewhere. Best to all who visit the store section is great had a lot of interesting items but the restaurant could use a good cleaning and maybe updating as everything was dusty and many things missing from my last visit like the glass domes on the table lamps.

Cracker Barrel is an Awesome!!! place to eat at, for breakfast lunch or dinner!. They have all kinds of sweets and beautiful products to choose from and purchase! I and my family goes here for a good meal and to buy some nice gifts. We always meet Wonderful people to have a conversation with! Come on down and enjoy some good ole back in the day folks.

I can't remember our servers name, but he did a great job. He anticipated our needs, so we never had to ask for anything except for a to go box. I can't recall the name of the dish I ordered, but it came with shrimp, sirloin tips, and tenders. There was too much food for 1 meal, which was great. They also have 5 dollar take-home and heat options. My only concern was that it was 3.49 for a soda. That is just like a robbery in my mind. We will be back. we just won't order sodas!
