Stopped at the Brookehaven location o. The way home from a business trip. As always very clean plenty of parking employees are always helpful and very cheerful. We had our tiny puppy was able to take him in his tote while we ate a late lunch. We both had fried fish it was amazing along with cole slaw mac & cheese and fried apples. Everything was great. Very nice server. Bathrooms were clean. Priced very comfortable for the home style cooked food and of coarse the country store is the best

I received 5-star service from Cracker Barrel. First of all, me and my two boys were greeted by the sweetest person, Ms. Donna, working in the retail store. Then the greeter, Peyton, seated us immediately and accommodated both my toddler and teenager in a wheelchair - she chose a table comfortable for both. Akiva , our waitress, was awesome!! There was no delay in bringing menus, taking our order, providing drinks, and even separating the table so my kids don’t burn themselves or knock everything over. 😂 She never hesitated to bring condiments and anticipated our needs. It really means a lot when you’re dining with a child who has special needs and an independent three year old. Most importantly, she was not afraid to interact with both of them. The food was awesome!! We ordered the pancakes tacos… pancakes, bacon, hard fried egg, and cheese. Yum 😋 French toast sampler with ham, scrambled eggs, and grits. Deeelicious is an understatement. Everything was cooked to perfection. I paid $30 including drinks and taxes. Priced just right. I will definitely visit this Cracker Barrel again. Next time, I’ll visit closer to 11am so I can order lunch to go! Thank you for the great experience.

This is the closest Cracker Barrel to our home and we frequent it sometimes multiple times during the month. This location has always offered great service and the food has never been disappointing. This visit was no exception--everything was great that we ordered. However, we decided to try the $5 Take Home Meal. We both chose the meatloaf and mac and cheese dinner. This meal was horrible. The meatloaf was not the same as served in the restaurant. It had no taste or flavor at all. The mac and cheese was also not up to par. Needless to say we will not be ordering the take out meal anymore!! The store was nice and we enjoyed shopping before leaving. I love all the different candy selections that they have and we always bring candy for the grandkids.

As a frequent guest at many Cracker Barrel’s and having great experiences I can say our sever Michele went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was fast, responsive and got everything we ordered correct. Good service is common at Cracker Barrel but this was over the top. Michele deserves her maroon apron asap! This leadership staff should be proud to have Michele on their team. Never had a nicer server. I will definitely plan to stop at this location in my future trips.

We had a great time and our server was Anna and she took great care of us and was really sweet. Everything was good except the fried pickled appetizers are pretty small and the dumplings were horrible. They were real thick and had no chicken in either bowl we ordered so definitely will not get that again. But besides that it was pretty good.

We came in about 8 pm. The floor by the hostess stand had water everywhere. Three employees were chatting and no seemed concerned about the water, so I brought it to their attention. We were brought to two tables to be seated, The first had water, food, and paper all under where your feet would be. We asked to be seated elsewhere. Next table was also I wiped and not ready for customers. Our food was okay. But the cleanliness and lack of attention to a presentable dining area and lack of observation of the condition of the tables by the hostess was frustrating.

For the first time in a long time they got it right. The food was good as well as the service. This Cracker Barrel has been hit or miss . But today they were on . There was a wait but that’s it a problem to have .

Stopped for breakfast this morning. Worst Cracker Barrel I have been in in recent years. I asked for extra gravy and had to ask again after my meal was delivered, also had to ask for a spoon for the gravy. Finally got it to use with the extra gravy. I gave up and used my fork initially. Now the food. The eggs and hashbrown casserole were good. The biscuits were not fresh or warm and the bacon was cooked until it was charred and brittle. Little to no bacon flavor. My wife's egg sandwich was good according to her.
