Not at good as previous visits. Coleslaw was bland. Country fried steak was awful. Possibly spoiled. Meatloaf was good. Lemonade tasted like soap.

For it to be a friendly establishment, our waiter was so straight faced no smile no enjoyment in his job. He brought us hard bread and seemed to want to just be done with us. We still ga e a food tip bit he needs some training

Waited 30 minutes for a table another 30 minutes for cold food that was flavorless. Grits were runny gravy was bland and I tried to enjoy i just couldnโ€™t. Staff was great maybe I just came in on a bad day. A portion of the bill was comped. The peach mimosa was amazing!!!

Service was good here and food came fast. Started with the fried Pickles which were delicious with the ranch! I had the beans and greens with a few slices of onion. Sqeezed a little lemon juice on my greens and dashed a little pepper juice and enjoyed. ๐Ÿ˜‰ The rainbow trout was delicious! Cooked nicely. The peach cobbler and ice cream was a great finish! Breakfast is always great here too !

First time having Cracker Barrel and it won't be the last. I asked for some biscuits to take home to have with my morning coffee! Delicious & Delightful ๐Ÿ˜‹

It took the waitress 45 minutes to bring us water. Then I had to ask for bread. Which she went and got. But there was three of us and she only brought bread for two. We had to ask for utensils and straws. When we finally hot our food. We had been there for a whole hour and fifteen min. My husband was given a child size portion and we had to up grade that. There were no children in our party. People who came in after us were seatted and serve. Eaten and left before we even got service. After we finished eating, the waitress came to give us our bill. Finally noticed that our glass were empty. Told us that she was sorry for the long wait. She told us they were training new cooks. I used to frequent I Hop at least 4 times a month. Service is so bad that we started going less and less. I think this last time was just that. Your waitresses are rude cooks don't cook the food like it used to be cooked. And the dishes aren't even properly cleaned. I had to ask for two clean plates for our biscuits. I Hop is not like it used to be.

ONE STAR ๐Ÿ˜ชโญThis review is for the service tonight. Service here has been okay for the most part, but tonight was a wreck!!! It's Mother's Day. We went to Biba's in Flowery Branch first, but they told us it'd be an hour and a half wait. We were hangry, so we left. We ended up at Cracker Barrel at around 5:20p, and we were seated fairly quickly... Took about 20 mins. Right off the bat, our waitress, Haley, took forever and had no common courtesy (until she realized we were upset aka no tip). We ordered our drinks and food all at once, and we also requested getting the biscuits out before everything else came. It took us around 20 minutes to get our drinks after being seated. We waited and waited: no biscuits. She would walk right by us without refilling our drinks or giving us updates on when our food's going to be done. We finally asked where the biscuits were and she had completely forgotten to get them. It was 6:40 by the time we got the biscuits. Our waitress would disappear for long periods of time throughout, and we wouldn't see her but about every 5-10 minutes or so. Usually I have a lot of sympathy for overworked waiters BUT she only had 2 tables the entire time we were there. Once we finally got our food, we were highly disappointed. We both got chicken and dumplings. The first thing I noticed was that there were pieces of breading and green beans in the bowl with my dumplings. I was hungry though, so I disregarded that and began to eat. That's what I realized that they came WITHOUT CHICKEN. We waited again to tell our waitress, and she literally brought 2 plates back, with just boiled chicken on them. That's all. No seasonings or sauce. It looked disgusting, as you can see from the photos. It was about 7:00 at this time. We wait an hour and a half for THAT. ๐Ÿคฎ Suddenly I wasn't so hungry anymore and wasn't able finish my dinner. I know that restaurants are short staffed right now, and servers are always having to scramble around; but there are ways to work more efficiently and be more respectful of the customers. Do better, Cracker Barrel. My last review was 5 stars, but this changed my opinion. The last few times have been unpleasant but this sealed the deal for me. ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿป
