Will cracker barrel corporate is at it again. Over the years they keep changing the country boy plate. Now they changed it to steak tips instead of the larger steak. Personally I think the steak tastes like the lower end steak you would buy at one of the big box stores. And on top of that they're charging you more for less now. And it all changed last month from what the manager told me. I had since wrote to corporate with no answers back. Says a lot about the new leadership at corporate. Over 20+ yrs C.B. you lost a family of 5 now. Just remember who pays your bills...

We had a horrible experience tonight. Things are in decline at this Cracker Barrel. The servers are not well trained. The dining room and the entrance to the kitchen is filthy. The bread was burned. They ran out of glasses. We were without drink refills for most of our meal....just not good.

I took my Aunt here today for her birthday. She rarely gets out, so it was an extra special treat for her. Food was great, and Mandy provided over-the-top service!

Incredible service, super friendly hosts, and servers! I felt very well taken care of. Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite bland, steak was overcooked and rubbery, grits were watered down, and gravy for the biscuits needed a lot of salt. If the quality of the food matched the amazing staff, I'd go back again and again. Unfortunately, I'll have to pass indefinitely moving forward.

After dining at Cracker Barrel’s across the eastern US for 30 years this last visit was THE worst experience I’ve ever had at any location. The service was good but there was apparently a computer glitch in submitting the order. The net result was it took over 45 minutes to receive our food. That would have okay had the food been good. I ordered the lemon pepper trout but what I received was some unrecognizable piece of seafood (I think it was fish) and cooked in a manner I’ve never before seen. I received two pieces of this fish when I had ordered only one (I ate only one piece). This fish was only slightly warm; it was tough and didn’t flake like I expect properly prepared fish to do. This fish was tough and chewy. As I said, this was THE worst meal and worst dining experience I’ve ever had in any Cracker Barrel. Beyond the food, the service was good and attentive. I usually don’t leave reviews on Google but I left a review the day of visit (Monday) on the Cracker Barrel corporate site and have not heard any thing back so I figured I was being ignored. Maybe this will get the attention of management so this experience never happens to anyone else. I’m sad to say this experience has negatively tainted my overall opinion of the Cracker Barrel chain. I always liked them because of the consistency across the entire chain - one could expect the same level of quality at any location.

I have been to Cracker Barrel way over 100 times in my life. Pretty much the same experience over the years. Always thought you catered to families with traditional values. I have not been back since I saw the rainbow rocking chair advertisement, and realized your restaurant was more interested in being politically progressive than serving the people who trusted you to stay in your lane... just thought I would be polite and say, "Bye!"

I have went to this Cracker Barrel for years without issue. This is now the third meal I’ve ordered via GrubHub where the food was horrible. The meatloaf was pink, smiley and undercooked. I hate leaving bad reviews but I hope Cracker Barrel corporate sees this and realizes there’s a major issue in the kitchen. It’s one thing to have bland food, but undercooked meat is a safety issue. Next time we order Cracker Barrel, I’ll use DoorDash since it’s a different location.

This is what you get when you order over medium eggs. Clearly those are not over medium. I chose not to eat them because it wasnt what i ordered. They were hard, the server came back 1 time to give us the check. We aren't wanting compensation DO BETTER!!!
