Well let me start by saying this is the only seafood buffet I've tried in this area. When we arrived, I showed the staff our coupon that we found online and was told it would be deducted from our bill as expected. We got seated and could have swore the server said drinks were included but apparently we misheard and were charged $4.50 per soda which is steep and where they help pump up your bill. The food was average overall. Some things were good (fried calamari, baked fish, crab legs), but several were not. The raw oysters looked very suspect with lots of green growth on them. The crab legs were cold but we did eat several to get our money's worth. Overall, it was hit and miss. I expect other buffets in the area would have better quality and are worth trying. Lastly, they buy Google Reviews by offering 5% off your bill. It makes sense why this place has so many reviews. Roll the dice, you may enjoy eating here. The ambiance is pretty awesome.

We love crab legs, so we stopped here. Our waitress, Jada greeted us with a smile. She was polite and attentive. The restaurant is casual and you can choose buffet but we chose to order from the menu …crab legs, salmon and wings. Oh, your kids will love the decor.

Expensive but it's all you can eat. The staff were difficult to understand but nice. At the end my waiter told me that if my husband and I would both review them on Google that we'd get $5 off each of our buffets. It turned out to be 5% which is less and the taxes there were high! It was $110 for 2 buffets and 2 drinks. Most expensive meal we've ever eaten. Didn't appreciate being mislead. The animatronics were cheesy also but I guess would be fun for kids.

Wonderful experience for my wife and I! Our Server Danilo was very attentive and made sure we were always taken care of and surprised us with a cake for our anniversary!

Id rate this as FAR above average as a calabash seafood buffet. Everything we ate was fresh, it was cooked and cleaned really well, and the service was also great. The crab was perfectly done. They weren't packed while we were here, but the food stayed fresh and was constantly available. I personally LOVED their hushpuppies. Also the price was reasonable compared to a lot of the other calabash places we looked into going before we settled on Crab Daddy's. We loved our meal, and this will be a place we seek out to return to next time we are in Myrtle Beach. All around, choosing to eat here was a big win for us.

Came for dinner with my large family around 5pm. The folks were friendly and the service was good, but the buffet is what disappointed us. Most of the food was room temperature and none of the fried foods were hot (despite getting there early for dinner). By the time 530/6pm rolled around it became very crowded and there was a wait for most of the buffet. The snow crab legs and coconut shrimp were the most enjoyable part of the experience (other than the cute sea animal decorations), but for nearly $50 per person we expected a bit more in terms of quality. Additionally, all soft drinks were an extra $4.50 and they did not have a full bar which was disappointing.

My kids love it here. The mammals ‘come to life’. The food is great. There is a large selection of hot and cold foods. Of course my kids love the desert section.

The chicken wings and fried shrimp were wonderful. My husband and daughter got the buffet and he said the crab legs were amazing. My daughter loved her boiled shrimp and cupcakes. I would recommend this place especially if you have children. They have animated animals that move and make sound about every 15 minutes.
