I ordered a thursday special. The person on the phone had no clue about it. Paid $11 for a single oversized pierogi. It was delicious but not worth $11. It would have been alright if it came with another pierogi or a side (not counting 2 leafs of lettuce as a side).

First time here. Came here around 11AM on a Saturday morning. Service was ok. Waiter gave us water in the beginning after we sat down, but the waiter did not come by to fill up our water once we ran out. We had to stop her and ask her to fill it up after the food was pretty much done... Took about 45 mins to receive our food. What we ordered: - 2 Plain Pancakes It was fluffy, and big, & delicious! - Medium Well Steak Breakfast Steak was cooked to the point where it was very dry. Our waiter did not come by to fill up our water, so I was struggling to eat the dry steak. I chose "fries" on the side, but it looked & tasted like cut up pieces of boiled potatoes that ended up getting fried on a pan.. I got a side of home made white bread. It was delicious, and fluffy. Eggs were ok. - Eggs Benedict Sauce was good. The side hash was good, and was served a good amount.

I got lunch here last week. The specials board had a grilled ham and cheese with a cup of soup for $10.25. The small cup of chicken dumpling soup was just fine. Then I got a small grilled cheese sandwich, with just american singles and a little bit of ham. There were two tiny pickle slices. Come on, I know prices are going up, but I feel it was a rip off. That small grilled cheese sandwich with American cheese and two tiny pickle slices for around $10.70 after tax... I do not recommend for anyone to ever order the grilled ham and cheese special. I was extremely disappointed.

Even through (maybe 4?) changes of ownership, this place is every bit as good as ever—perhaps even better. Their chicken, grilled fish, burgers, breakfasts, coffee, pies, etc., are fantastic. The perfect ma & pa “greasy spoon”…without the grease.

My husband and I went to breakfast,we sat down and waited for 15 minutes and neither one of the 2 waitress even knew we were there. A party of 3 came in and sat in the booth next to us and was giving water and menus right away. While we waited the two waitress stood around talking to each other and the other 2 tables that were there. We will never go back there again. It's too bad because we have been there a few times and it was good.

Great place for breakfast, the food is always great. Of special note are the cinnamon rolls (they sell out) and the biscuits and gravy!

This really was a nice treat away from the boxes!! Lol. Great service friendly atmosphere… some different menu items that was nice to see… coming back here when we visit!

I couldn't feel more at home. The food, the service, and the atmosphere was at a 100 percent 10 outa 10. I highly recommend this cute little cozy diner for your choice of breakfast and or lunch!
