Great food. Had the brisket with mac and cheese, but the desserts were awesome! Ice Cream that looks like a baked potato, and my son had the churro sundae. Both were excellent!

I was able to make it to happy hour and so glad I did. The food was great and I love seeing all the pictures and stories of amazing women. I didn't have a drink but they have a long list including non alcoholic beverages.

Visited this place for dinner during a long weekend in Santa Fe. We wanted an easy going environment with good food and found Cowgirl! Easy walk from downtown. Maybe 5-10 min depending on where you’re staying. They have a happy hour from 3pm-6pm Mon-Fri and welcome dogs on the patio. We’ll drinks, wine, beer and a variety of food. Great choices! The place filled up very quickly, which is usually a good sign. The staff was excellent. Attentive, energetic and very polite! We ordered three dishes to share and all were really tasty with some spice but nothing too much. We had the Jerk Chicken Wings - Tossed in our righteous Jamaican Jerk sauce, served with more jerk sauce on side; chuckwagon chili frito style (I am officially obsessed with Frito style anything at this point) - ground beef & brisket chili with beans and veggies, jalapeños, red onions, sour cream, cheddar cheese and jalapeño cornbread; and pork chops with mash and greens. Really everything was excellent! We came back on Saturday evening as we didn’t feel like looking for a new place and the food and drinks here were excellent! This time we had chips and guacamole (real, made of actual avocados - delicious), fish and chips and tried the hot wings (sauce on the side and thankfully so, as this sauce is hot!) To our surprise they had a band playing live music, which created that much more of a fun experience. It looks like this place attracts locals also, with tends to be a great sign. So, if you are looking for a fun, non-pretentious place, check cowgirl out!

Was very impressed with how incredibly dog friendly this place was! Great service, amazing BBQ, delicious cocktail and in a decently walkable location to museums and the Plaza. The live music was a little loud for a Sunday around noon but the band wad good so it wasn't a big deal. Would definitely go back next time I'm in town and have already recommended to friends

Holy Moly what a fantastic place! We've been here several times and every time it's been 10/10. They often have good live music on the patio, the food is incredible, they have a variety of cocktails that are strong and well mixed, and the staff is always excellent.

Great downtown location. Very busy, but we were able to get a table right a way. The atmosphere is festive and lots to choose from on the menu. I chose a brisket plate that was cooked perfectly, BBQ sauce was not too tangy, not too sweet- just the way I like it! Other orders were a salmon plate, and catfish over Jambalaya- everyone loved their meal! If your passing thru town this is a great place to stop.

This is a must visit while in Santa Fe. It’s such a cool vibe and they have a kids playground right in the middle of the restaurant! They had live music from 4-6 and a beautiful outdoor patio. I had the vegetarian frito pie and wow! The chili was perfect, definitely homemade. Also, they’re the home of the famous ice cream potato so we had to try it. It looks like a potato but it’s cocoa covered ice cream and it was so good, save room! You will need to drive here as it’s in the outskirts of downtown but for sure, worth it!

We were here for lunch. I had the pulled pork BBQ sandwich with fries. The sandwich was good but I had a much better one in another restaurant a few days before. The fries looked very tasteful but were a bit too soft instead of crispy. The waitress was very friendly.
