Food is always good. Was nearly run over by a service person trying to get to the sweet tea before us. Asked for sauces for our chicken tenders and got nothing. But food still had good taste as always. Just wish I could have had enchiladas. Always seem to be out of those.

I used to love eating at this location and never had any issues until today. I ordered lunch and dinner to go. Both times there was food missing from my order. I can understand if the place was busy, but only a few customers were dining. I won't be going back to this location soon.

I always come to this location. But lately I’m noticing the food quality changing. I order two salads that equaled 26 dollars. Opened my bag and noticed they are putting cold chicken breast on salads that is 3 days old. The chicken was so dry it was hard to swallow and on top of that. The chicken was so cold and stiff you can tell it was refrigerated for more than 2 days. For 26 dollars, I am not looking for my chicken to be cold and dry and refrigerated. I want fresh salad! I could have went to Texas Roadhouse and got a fresh salad with great customer service and atmosphere. Because the rates are already ridiculous for a fast food location.

Ordered dine-in and waited for 45 min without receiving our food. Wife's order was sitting on the counter for at least 20 min.... but was never brought out. People who ordered after us received their orders. When we asked about our food they said they ran out of chicken and were cooking more. After 45 min with no food we asked for a refund...only then did they offer us food and they never once said they were sorry or appologize for the inconvenience. The girl who gave us a refund actually gave us attitude... We just wanted our money back and to leave. Went to another restaurant nearby and got right in and was served food quickly.... we have been going to Cowboy Chicken for over 24 years. This Cowboy Chicken is not ran very well. Even the ice machine ran out of ice whuke we were waiting and no one ever filled it up...customers either didn't get ice in their drinks or had to ask the girl in the front to go to the back to fill up their cup. Very disapponting for a night out with the wife and our baby while we had babysitters for our other children....

1st we went through the drive-through ordered our food justtified out the restaurant had absolutely 0 cups so there was no way possible you could have a refreshing beverage with your meal at all and they were doing nothing to fix the problem. Once we got to the window we were told the incorrect price. But was corrected. The food was sooooooo dry we had to go to another restaurant to get drinks in order to Survive the meal. I ordered the chicken wings lemon pepper chicken wings which I thought would be small drummets which were large drummet and they were so dry I thought dust would come from my mouth when I was chewing I would not recommend this restaurant restaurant steer clear unless you have a death wish

The food was amazing. My first time ordering from this location , they forgot my rolls. I didn’t realize it til I made it home. Which was a bummer. :(

First time eating here and we will definitely be back! We got the Chicken for 4 people, Strawberry Shortcake and the $4 Thursday special. The Mexican street corn and twice baked potaters were very tasty sides. Rolls were soft. I enjoyed the Watermelon sweet tea. Loved it all

Got the 3 piece dark, 2 thighs and a leg, twice baked potato, roasted broccoli, roll and a drink. $11 and change plus $3 tip. Quick service and food was delicious, as always. I've been a fan since the early 80's. Used to eat at the one near Bachman Lake in Dallas.
