If you or anyone you know are thinking working here, don't its for your own benefit. The manager at this location deals with employees in the most immature way possible. He left his only employee in the cooking area to deal with all the orders coming in, then acts shocked with something burnt when he gets back. The employee acknowledged his mistake and took ownership, but the manager tells him to leave for the day. He then messages him the same day telling him not to come in the next day either and that they will speak the following day. The employee still goes in because he is worried and wants to clear the air. The manager has a fellow coworker first inform him he is no longer employed. Only THEN does the manager come out to explain, stating "I did not get a return on my investment". 1. He could have cut to the chase from the beginning and told the employee "It isn't working out" instead of telling him to come back on a different day to talk. 2. He doesn't even have the courtesy to tell the employee he has been fired, instead having another employee cut the news first. 3. Complains about a wasted "investment" in working kitchen duties once a week, in which little, if none, mistakes have been made prior to this incident. Is this what passes for a manager nowadays? Every manager I have had would have first spoken to the employee and given a warning to let them know to get their head on straight, especially when the employee is known to rarely make mistakes. AND if the employee was terminated, the manager would have had that discussion when the incident happened, not keep dragging it.

Amazing customer service! The team was so helpful when I had another place cancel a catering order 30 mins before my meeting. They stepped in and went above and beyond! Thank though again! Highly recommend. Everyone enjoyed the food at the meeting.

Didn't know it was there. With the construction going on, I was a little lost. With GPS, I located it north of the construction. Coming into the mall at the light, pass the chalet, and then another right will put you in the right area. Good luck.

I thought I would stop in and give this place a try for lunch. I walked in and stood at the register for five minutes, waiting to place an order. None of the employees were interested in taking my order even though I was standing right in front of them, so I walked out. Now I know not to come here to eat.

If this is the wilmette location belive it was Saturday May 28th the Manager, believe his name is "Ibrea" Hispanic fast food minumum wage earner, hair was disheveled, was extremely unprofessional and offensive. He rally doesn't belong in any customer service job, he would probably be better suited to be a landscaper where it's a solo job and he doesn't have to deal with others. He was accusing me of harassing my own running group members. Keep in mind I have been an active participant with this group on a weekly basis, spanning the last 10 years. Regardless if he felt my behavior was not appropriate, it was a private affair betwen my group and at no time was anyone raising their voice or being loud. He could have been diplomatic but instead it was quite obvious he was visibly upset, raising his voice and loudly issuing rude commands. At any rate I have bee a long time customer but will never visit or spend another dollar at a store that has a manager that is rude.

I like this place, it is very good for lunch. The food is tasty and the service is good.

Unfortunately we decided not to eat here because there was a roach on the menu billboard. That is the review.

I had a very awful experience with the staff here today. They were very impatient. I tried to explain what I wanted but the guy at the desk was so annoying. He gave me what I did not ordered. I told the sever that I got a wrong order but he walked away from me. Then I took the food back to the counter myself. I ordered 1 salad for 2 and I told them it was for 2. We were going to share. But they gave us a fork with a very bad attitude. This is a place that I bring my client to every week. Awful place! Never return again. It was surprising when I asked to the manager and it happened that the guy that took the order with bad attitude was the manager 🙄
