It seems pretty obvious that this place is not being run well. Service was slow, they were out of a lot of items such as potatoes, croissants, and some muffins, and the food quality was “meh” at best. I had the bacon and cheddar panini and there was virtually no cheddar to speak of. Not to mention there wasn’t enough egg or bacon on it either, it was mostly bread. I’m only giving this place two stars because we did receive a 10% discount for the lack of items available. Unlikely to come back.
The establishment was clean, the service was above average and the food was good. Exactly what you would expect of a small breakfast spot.
The food here was fresh, that balsamic aioli was my favorite part of my sandwich. I had the BBLT, and Avocado, Turkey and Bacon salad for my husband. He didn't leave one leaf of his salad left (give or take lol). The avocado ranch was out of this world 🌟 I'm sorry to come off cliché, but everything really was great, including the customer service! Thanks for your hard work, and excellent food 👏👏
For a fast casual chain, the food is always pretty good. No complaints.

Horrible. Ordered chicken noodle and broccoli cheese. They were both watered down. No taste at all. The broccoli cheese was packed improperly so it leaked all over the place especially since it wasn't thick. Awful!

Friendly counter service, with a very good, fresh food selection. Food quality and service is great. The dining room is a little smaller than other locations and there are only a couple of outlets. If you need to charge your devices be sure you have a full tank if you plan to be there a while. Wifi is slower when they get busy. Good outdoor seating options but traffic can get noisy on Ventura Blvd. Bathrooms could use some deep cleaning.
