Breakfast Menu "Corky's Ribs & BBQ" Collierville

We were seated at 7:03 and placed an order. We didn't get our food until 8:09. There were 5 tables (counting ours) with customers. Our waiter was Clint, and even though the food was slow, he did his best to make sure we were as happy as possible, though. When the food finally came, he brought extra portions to make up for the wait. While the food took a while to get to us, Clint tried to save the day as best he could.

Nice friendly staff and the place was nice and clean. My issue was the food itself. Had ribs and smoked sausage combo. I do t know if the meat was old or somthing but it did not taste as I remembered Corey's. I haven't eaten here in a while. Maybe they made a change in the bbq recipe.

We really used to enjoy this place but over the past year it has really gone down. I paid $24 for a 2-pc catfish plate w/spaghetti tonight only to get home & find that my fish has been half cooked. This is not my first inconvenience with this location but it will definitely be the last. Update: after a long hiatus gave this location another shot & definitely should not have. The cheese for the chicken nachos tasted completely off. Couldn’t eat the brisket dinner or brisket queso because the meat was way too tough. You can’t cut through or bite into the meat. Just awful. My husband’s baked potato looked & tasted like it was from yesterday. $80 spent on food that we had to throw in the trash. Just terrible. I am not sure what has happened with this location.

This place is top shelf. I’ve been on a competition bbq team for a decade and we compete in ribs, and I’m tellin you, these ribs are some of the best in Memphis. I get the wet because I live the sauce, but you might prefer the dry ribs instead. The sides are great and the fried pickles and onion loaf appetizer are the bomb!!!

This is a favorite place of our family to go when we are visiting family and friends near Memphis Tennessee. This particular location we found to have been recently remodeled, and it looks even more lovelier than it did before hand. They did a great job. always try to get to their tower of onion rings; the rack of ribs are always delicious, the chopped pork sandwich is one of my personal favorite with cole-slaw & beans. Many folks consider it a must do when visiting Memphis, and even the tri-state area-Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Happy eating!!

We ordered BBQ Lovers for 8 people in a takeout order. It included Pulled Pork, BBQ Ribs, Baked Beans, Coleslaw, BBQ Sauce, Buns & Rolls. It fed 10 people easily. The food was hot and tasted great when we got it home. I would order it again due to the variety of food and its great flavors.

This was our second time at this restaurant. Once again we experienced dry and even burnt brisket as well as tough ribs...beef jerky tough. I even told them when I ordered that our first experience had been rough. That made no difference. $180 later and yet another terrible experience. I would definitely not recommend this establishment to anyone.
