I was looking for a nice place to grab a quick bite. The food was below average. I ordered the chile quilez and avocado toast. I didn't think either meal could be made incorrectly. Boy, was I wrong. The toast they used was a toast I had never seen, almost like a crouton. The chips they used for the other plate were literally chips from a bag. The coffee was also very bitter. I do love the atmosphere if you want to sit down for a bit, but other than that I wouldn't recommend it.

My recent visit to Copa Vida in Pasadena was truly outstanding, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Fifi. As a vegetarian, she expertly guided us in selecting delicious food and drink options that catered to our dietary preferences. Fifi's knowledge and enthusiasm made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Copa Vida for a great lunch experience.

The cool air called for a hot lavender latte and it was absolutely divine. Seems like a nice spot to work or study with plenty of seating available.

I had to refrain myself from going there everyday! Coffee is great, food is great, the crowd is diverse and friendly. Perfect place! I had the grilled cheese and the chilaquiles. Both quite good!

I've been here a lot because it's a great place to grab drinks and chill, but I have never tried their foods until now and I must say i'm pretty impressed with their foods. ♥️ We try: - Croque Madame with tomato soup 🍞. YUMMY 🤤!! Huge portion and very fulfilling. The bread is toasted very nicely and the combination of every ingredient (ham, caramelized onion, melted gruyere, sunny egg, and bearnaise sauce) is excellent. The soup is perfect especially for this chilly weather. 💕 - Chorizo Egg Hash 🥔. It's once again HUGE!! 😮 The chorizo is very flavorful and it gives a nice spicy kick. Thank God for the generous arugula because it definitely helps balance the oily and flavorful chorizo 🤣 The foods are generally good and I cannot wait to try other foods on the menu. 😉

Always a win. Steller chefs and quality baristas. Menu changes seasonally. So be prepared to cry when your new favorite menu item disappears but it's okay because the new new menu items are going to smack. Parking sucks so be prepared to walk. Also go on a week day if possible, it gets slammed on weekends.

Awesome cafe serving delicious drinks and food items. The kitchen closes earlier than the rest of the cafe so plan accordingly if you want a meal or a snack. It looks way roomier inside than it does on the street, but it’s still hard to find parking on the weekend because there’s a ton of people who went to come in and do some work/homework. They’ll call your name out at the counter when handing your drink, otherwise they’ll come find the number you took for your table. The honey latte was lovely, not too sweet, like a warm hug. Someone recommended a burrito bowl so I got that (it was fantastic!) will definitely be back with my laptop to try more things and work.

I was not necessarily impressed by anything. The food was basic, most definitely not authentic Mexican dishes. I had the breakfast bacon burrito which was just decent. Felt like a typical cafe in a gentrified area. Lots of young hipsters on laptops doing work or whatever. You get wifi. Expect to pay at least $20 for a coffee and meal. I’m not likely to return here.
