Josh, Kawsan and Ari Are amazing mixologists when it comes down to ice cream blends like the Brownie, Fudge, Carmel and Oreo cookie mix, delish! Also the Cotton candy Shake my daughter loved it.

I chose the strawberry flavor. the texture is incredibly thick and creamy. There is a great variety of both ice creams, and the portions are likewise enormous. Ice cream cakes are also available. Most importantly, the employee was courteous.

I love coming to this cold stone location. I like it better mainly for the staff that works here. The staff is always so friendly and kind. Josh, Kawsar and Nathan have the BEST customer service from start to finish!!

ice cream is pretty good, nice and clean inside, but if you go in the evening they might be out of some flavors

Beware when ordering strawberry passion cake. It looks nothing like pictured on website. In picture frosting is white but actual frosting was pink. And when I question associate his response was it strawberry so frosting is pink. I said to him it pictured and looked VERY DIFFERENT. He had no answer that made sense. So remember if looking for white frosting this is not the cake. Not as appealing as white frosting when done in pink.

Since the pandemic hit, most places have had to adjust. This one is no exception. They have a sign outside stating “No more than 4 Clients/Customers inside at the same time”. You see, that is subjective. Because if lets say a Family of 4 comes in, it can be counted as 1 client/customer. This happened Oct 18, 2020. As i parked, I saw 6 people inside. A family of 4, and 2 other customers. A 7th person goes in, and i decide to wait outside. One comes out. Then another. When i see that the family of 4 is already paying, i decide to go in. Here is my issue: “I might be wrong, but i was singled out to please wait outside. I Reply that the other customers are paying and that is chilly outside. She yells back, in front of all the other customers, after having 7 people in, that i need to step outside until they come out” When i came in, she went to the back and did not come out until i was done. An apology would hace sufficed. I used to come here once every week. No more. Regarding the Ice Cream... Delicious. If you get service from the right employee, of course. Edit 12/13/2020 - After leaving my phone number two times, and receiving no reply, i am convinced i should not come back. Today i had the Apple pie A La ColdStone, small, and to be honest could not finish it. No Graham Crackers(was offered to replace it with other option) and the French Vanilla ice cream was already melting. Threw half of it away. Whats happening guys???

The ice cream here is yummy in my tummy but the wait is alwayssss aye Dios mío. If you are in a rush don't waste your time, but if you have at least half an hr it's definitely worth the wait.

I went yesterday with my friend around 9:15 pm and we saw that’s there was a bit of a line and as we were waiting behind two customers they were told very rudely that there were only these specific flavors available which is fine ice cream runs out we understand that but the attitude by the guy was totally unnecessary and when the customer asked if there was any way anything can be mixed with toppings the server just said no. No explanation no reason why just no which me and my friend thought was very rude it was just a question and super unnecessary to have an attitude. We were up next and we were checking the ice cream and there weren’t any flavors that I was crazy about so we didn’t get anything but when we were up it looked like he didn’t even wanna be there. I get it’s late and being in the food industry can be challenging and I’m not saying you need to be happy 25/8 but you don’t have to be rude to people that haven’t done anything to you.
