Staff is very polite and kind. The ice cream was on point as always. I gave it a 4 because the store wasn't as clean as it should be. All glass surfaces were smeared and dirty. Update 6/16/23. Visited today and glass surfaces look much better 😀

Ordered a cake that was inexcusable. I requested purple icing and it was pink and also looked like a 5 year old wrote it. To make matters worse it was sloppy almost as if the cake had melted and been put back into the freezer. The store looks dirty, glass was dirty, napkin dispensers empty and the freezer with the other products in it wasn’t presented well. I won’t be ordering a cake from this location again.

Ice cream is always great but the staff is a problem as soon as i walked in the door I felt like I was rushed the first question he asked me was if I already place an order online thats fine and I said no and as I was walking to look at my flavor of choice he ask me 2 times before i was even able to see them and as I was looking at them he ask me again it was not busy i was the only customer in the store there was no reason to rush and on top of that the music is on maximum volume you can barely hear your own thoughts I don’t think I can go back after that experience .

Great service with smile @ closing time! Power out @ home,made 20 min trip for sweet teeth. All 32 are sweet!!

Racist location! Tried to order an ice cream with mix in and was told that the location I was at was a kosher location and caters to jews, not gentiles! To limit your menu for only one race of people is extremely racist!

Four employees. Three working. Manager watched as his staff struggled to keep up with people and pick up orders. Did nothing to assist them. Waited over 15mins to pick up an order that was called in well before I got there. Manager has gone back into the back again to let his staff drown. Pathetic and awful service. Corporate should make changes here.

Don't do it. Really. Um, yeah, skip this one. No waffle cones, and that's what they sell.... How is that possible? Thats like Starbucks running out of coffee cups. Place is totalled out. Server told me "they only serve groups" when I'm with three people and there's no one behind us, so it's like a 10 minute wait while they (the other three servers) just look at us. The ice cream is melting before we could even cash out. I'm amazed at this experience, in all the wrong ways. Just look at the photos. I never give poor reviews, but this is deserving. Just don't do it.
