The ice cream tasted awesome. But the cone was stale! I was very disappointed in that because I paid extra for that cone.
The worst customer service I've ever seen! Wasn't greeted, horrible attitude. Wouldn't even mix in the mix-ins, just threw them on top. Asked for a certain kind for my children, didn't even hesitate to say I don't have that when I could see they had what they wanted she just didn't want to make it. You might want to rethink who you hire before you have no business left and have to close your doors.
I love the ice cream here! It's a favorite of mine and my daughters! They hand dip their cones and sugar cone bowls. There are more mix-ins and toppings than you can count! There are tons of different flavors. They also have pre-made packages of goodies like ice cream cakes, cookie sandwiches and ice cream cupcakes. The service is good. Friendly staff. A little pricey but worth every bite!!!!
Always love going to Cold Stone. I'm addicted to their cookie dough ice cream flavors. There are so many options to choose from that it can be overwhelming, but perfect if you are the adventurous type😉 My only issue is that there aren't any in my area. I have to make special trips to get some of their ice creams. I always get emails about free delivery promotions, but I live too far to take advantage of them😭
Great and friendly staff. Amazing ice cream 🍦. Horrible location. A/C not working for some time. Horrible place to enjoy an ice cream. It's like the owner wants people to buy and leave, not enjoy the stay.

Yes I just left cold stone on my receipt it says Jenna she has a very rude tone and attitude she doesn’t need to be serving ice cream to anyone if she’s taking frustration out on good customers she needs to be talk to and dealt with immediately!!!
