**do not go here** The guy behind the counter made sexist remarks that he wouldn't give my elementary aged daughter ice cream until she smiled. The staff were brash and inattentive. Yelling and talking over customers so they didn't get orders correct or customers have to repeat themselves multiple times. The store itself was very dirty. Floor is unswept counters and tables covered in other people's leftovers and ice cream drippings and toppings. I never saw staff washing hands or change implements, even after handling money or stepping away from the counter and touching other things.
Good chain for custom ice cream. This location was a big dark and dingy inside, could use a little maintenance and cleaning. (As evidenced by dark, broken lighting inside.) Otherwise, product was good as was service.
Ice cream was good, but to be honesthe. Service is crazy, disrespect just because you speak a different language And you would think the people that do the service would understand this. Especially from immigrant to immigrant.
Good variety of flavors and toppings. You can really calorie overload here! Not 5 stars only because ive seen bigger selections in other States 😀
The icecreams are delicious but the store was filthy and the attitude of the workers was bad. More focus was on talking to each other very loudly and not on serving the customers
Love this place. I’m driving extra miles and bypassing cold stone location near me, they always mix my ice cream exactly the way I want it.
One of the employees there was extremely rude for no reason. They got our mix ins wrong and we went back in line to ask them to correct it. The man then yelled back at us telling us that we were the ones in the wrong. It was completely unnecessary, uncalled for, and extremely unprofessional. Now looking at the other one star surveys I’m appalled by their behavior. Will never be coming back again.
There is one worker there who should NOT be in customer service. Several times made crass comments about our kid… I am appalled. And no.. you don’t need my kid to smile in order to get ice cream. I’m paying for the service 🙄
