Terrible customer service, all 3 girls had such bad attitudes. Was charged $3.99 as a kids cup for literally 2 bites of ice cream as you can see in the photos, you would think even tho it’s a kids cup there would still be more than a small bite of ice cream for $3.99. Horrible experience and waste of $

Very Very Tasty Ice Cream! The Service was superb, especially the worker Who helped My Wife. Don't change.

Not a fan of this location. We came about a half hour before they were closing. Everything was put away. They were irritated with us for coming in and not very pleasant. Our cups were a mess, literally covered in ice cream on the outside. They also don’t do samples anymore. Sorry, I’m not spending $7+ on something if I have no clue if it’s going to be awful. Ice cream is still good though!

Went to Dyer location the day before Easter. The lady behind the counter offered the quart size of pre made Cake Batter Batter ice cream in the freezer instead of paying for 2 Gotta Have It’s so we did that. Paid almost $15. Got home and realized there were no mix ins. Just plain ice cream. I called right away and they asked me to bring it back but we live in north Highland, almost 25 minutes away. So she said she would have her manager call me on Monday after the Easter holiday. The manager called Monday and asked for photos of the ice cream which I provided but since it was close to the bottom of the container (as we had continued eating it) and made at the factory and not her store, she would not refund or replace. We have been loyal customers of Cold Stone but won’t be going back. Unbelievable!

Store was filthy and cones were soft as paper. Ice cream runny. Staff broke off pieces of the cone with her bare hands and gave it back to me to show me the cone was good. When I asked for a new ice cream, the manger Lisa told me she wasn’t going to do anything about it, they don’t give refunds, and dumped the melted ice cream into a cup and said if I didn’t like her store I could call the owner and do my complaining to them.. Dirty store and incredibly rude staff. Ruined what was supposed to be a birthday ice cream outing for my son.

So yummy! I love all the different creations and combs! It’s a bit pricey for ice cream, but definitely a well worth it treat, especially after a great occasion. Yummy 🤤

My son and I went to pick up some icecream for Father's day evening. The staff needs to be retrained in food service saftey protocol. Employees were touching their hair, picking stuff up off the floor. We had 4 ice-creams put in a to go bag. The bottom was wet and as soon as we got to the car I set the bag down and the bottom of the bag fell out. Had to go back in the store and get another bag to rebag our icecream. Not as hood as it used to be for $30 in icecream.

I asked for cookie dough ice cream. Which I asked for actual cookie dough, young lady gave me actual cookie ice with no cookie dough. I asked could I get cookie dough or a refund, young lady CONTINUOUSLY argued with me she couldn’t remake it nor could she give me a refund. She said she would have to call the store manager. After talking to the manager she came back and said she could give me a refund but the store manager said I could revisit the store. Very unprofessional and racist!!!
