Super friendly super fast. It’s a little expensive. What a better way to spend an afternoon then to go have some ice cream when the weather is warm. They always have such an amazing choice of things to add. They could’ve done better on cleaning none of the tables were cleaned off or wiped down. But definitely a steady flow of people in
I absolutely love this place, and I go here quite often. I am always treated so nicely and the staff is always so respectful. I am usually able to get in and out even when it's super busy! Yet there is some things that I see here and there that makes me question a few things. I will see some of the staff after doing something start rubbing their gloves on their shirts or their pants not even an apron but their normal shirts and pants. Or I will sometimes see one or two workers just leaning against counters or talking with each other not doing any work. Just those two things, but they still don't really sit right with me.
i went there and when i ordered my cookie dough ice cream i instead got pistachio ice cream and not only that, there were 10 toenails in my pistachio ice cream. when i went to the bathroom there were cockroaches in the toilet, i will not go here again and definitely do not reccomend.

We walked in at 8:50pm and all of the workers came out to take and prepare our orders with smiles on their faces! They were so pleasant and helpful. And the ice cream is always top notch. Great experience for my family on my birthday. Thank you! It didn't go unnoticed.
I got food poisoning from the ice cream and it was melting when it was handed to me DO NOT EAT HERE!!
I got the mango pineapple smoothie and it was delicious
Cold Stone has always had a good group of teenagers on their staff. Always polite and helpful. I also enjoy the variety of flavors to choose from. Although I prefer the classics I like listening to some of the creations others come up with.
