Breakfast Menu "Colby Hill Inn" Henniker

I heard about this place from a friend and they raved about it. The wife and I were dying to try it. We went on a Saturday and booked a reservation for 730. The place was packed. The atmosphere was very quaint and vintage new England. The staff was very friendly but over loaded. There was one bartender and two servers for almost twenty tables. We sat down and our server was wonderful and knowledgeable. We order drinks and an appetizer. The drinks were wicked delicious and on point. We ordered the briskets for a app. Hands down best briskets I have ever had. The food... I can explain how amazing it was. Compliments to the chef. This is one of the best best places to take your partner. Secluded and romantic. The only downside is they needed more servers.

My husband and I has a romantic private dining experience and loved every aspect of it! We had a private table in their beautifully decorated bar, with cocktails, a bottle of wine and delicious 4-course meal. Innkeeper Jeff went out of his way to make every detail perfect -- highly recommend this for a special event. We will return in the future for a regular meal at the Inn because the food was amazing.

Wonderful atmosphere with friendly staff, excellent food, loved the accommodations and loved interacting with the friendly (not to mention beautiful) goats. Really enjoyed the opportunity to relax, eat well, and purchase gifts all on site.before leaving Henniker. Thank you all for a fantastic getaway.

Colby hill inn is truly a hidden gem. The venue executed a wonderful wedding weekend from a welcome lunch on Friday through brunch on Sunday. Jeff and Lisa were fantastic and very responsive throughout the planning process. Our guests raved about the food, service and attention to detail. The food is incredible and plentiful! The venue offers 14 rooms on site for guests with old New England charm. An excellent venue for anyone looking for an easy wedding planning experience.

Amazing culinary experience. Great service/staff. Perfect atmosphere for any special occasion. This is our go to venue for birthday celebrations, anniversaries, date nights. I highly recommend this special place. I always order the Duck, whenever and however it is on the menu, but you truly can't go wrong with any choice. The charcuterie plate never disappoints. Cocktails are works of art!

I came in from Reno, NV to visit relatives, and after several recommendations, stayed (and dined!) at this exquisite bed and breakfast. What appealed to me was the genuine local charm and fantastic farm-to-table meals served in their public dining room.

Absolutely love this place!! Warm hospitality and the service is excellent!! We always have a wonderful experience with professional friendly staff, wonderful food and drink! Looking forward to our next visit!

OH MY GOODNESS HOW IS THIS NOT 5 /5 STARS this is seriously the most amazing bed and breakfast in New Hampshire!! The breakfast ALONE is worth the price of the room. We had our wedding here in November. I’m in the military and combined with that schedule and COVID restrictions we had to reschedule our date 4 separate times. Jeff & Bruce were nothing but understanding and hand crafted a special menu just for us. The price was a steal. Me and my new husband are here tonight at their New Years Eve special dinner just in AWE of how they can continue to out due themselves every time we visit. There are no words that could accurately describe the culinary genius that Bruce is. Oh my GOODNESS. it doesn’t matter what you think you don’t like food wise, Bruce will change your mind and you WILL fall in love with anything that comes out of his kitchen. Jeff will handle any and all fine details of your evening and is a fantastic host. He thought of things for my wedding I never would have. I can’t say enough good things. Come visit and you’ll never want to leave.
