Breakfast Menu "Coffee Box" Kyle

Went today 2.20.21 about noon, a few cars in line, not bad at all, considering what's been going on this past week. They came out to each vehicle to take our orders and pay. They get your order started so, when you get to the window you get your stuff and go. They've been nothing but nice to me, every time I've been. I like food, I like coffee & I like The Coffee Box.

Pros: 1.Breakfast sandwich I ordered( egg and bacon) was AWESOME and seasoned to perfection. 2.Politely greeted. Cons: 1.just wish the cheese was removed as requested. 2. Long wait time

The food was amazing, the customer service from the guy working there? Not so much. A few months ago, my boyfriend came here and was flirted with by him, which isn't bad at all. What IS bad, is that the next time he went, I came with! The worker recognized him and started greeting him, but once he saw me, became SO rude. No greeting, condescending, and just plain rude. It was like a while personality shift. From being an angel to my boyfriend, to being super rude with me! It's a shame, because the food is AMAZING. Like super good. That being said the girl that works here has amazing customer service and is super sweet.

Finally got the chance to stop by here, and I was so glad I did! The owner provides great customer service along with the awesome food & drinks. I tried the Horchata Cold Brew, and a cold brew with lavender and vanilla. They were both delicious!! The breakfast sandwich was great too. If you’re ever in the Kyle area, this place is definitely a must!!

The MOTM is the absolute best! I’ve always had great customer service from both the male and female that are there every time I go. Very friendly and quick. I love it. The only downside is you never know when they will be open. Their business hours don’t seem to line up with what it says posted on the truck or online.

Pulled up I think on Monday. I didn’t exactly know what I wanted because I’ve never been there. I told the guy I wanted an espresso drink, he looks and says, “a latte?” I said I guess. Didn’t greet me with anything. I didn’t feel welcomed but the girl that gave me my drink was nice. I went this morning in hopes of receiving a good drink. He came to the window, didn’t say a word, and I nicely said “I’m not ready yet” he walked away (couldn’t even say “okay let me know when you’re ready” or something) I told him you’re not that friendly, and drove away. I’ve been In customer service for many many years! If I had a business with employees, you better believe that they they’re gonna have excellent customer service skills or you’re gone. Whelp, because of him, they lost service. I tried calling to talk to the owner and can’t get through.

I am not a coffee person, but I love the Coffee Box. My niece loves their coffee. I get the orchata water when the weather is on the warm side and hot chocolate when the weather is on the cooler side. If you are getting just coffee they are very fast. It might be a bit more wait for a sandwich, but it does not seem to bother us. I love their friendly service. We viddy them as often as we can and will continue to support this awesome small business.

I have no complaints about the coffee its self. They do however need to improve on the quality of their cups, the lids do not secure well. They also need to work on their customer service skills, whwn I order, they always repeat the order back to me and yet still give me the wrong size.
