Was served soup and never received a spoon. Asked for a bowl and got a cup. The server kept forgetting the items we ordered. Had a guitarist playing, and you could not have a conversation at the table.
If you want a pizza that is not thoroughly cooked and like a gummy crust, this is the place for you. I usually ask to have it well done because they never finish cooking it. The couple times that I forgot to ask for well done, I had to put it in the oven for 15 minutes to finish cooking. We are done with Cocca's Pizza. What a disappointment they have become.
I'm a big fan of Cocca's Pizza; we frequent the Boardman and Canfield locations. But I am writing today after an AMAZING experience at the Canfield location last night. I hosted a fundraiser/party with approx. 30 people. Jacosta was incredibly helpful in setting up the event; she even came in on her day off and checked on us! I originally planned to use the patio area but she allowed me to switch to the back room last minute due to the weather. They provided me with a great raffle basket for our fundraiser. Madison and George worked the party and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed - they even helped us carry things out to our car before the rain came. They were extremely friendly and attentive! All of the food was prepared promptly and tasted delicious! (Pizza, white pizza, pepperoni rolls, boneless chicken platter, party salad) The kids loved the play place and arcade. And there was even live music later in the evening! Their entire staff is wonderful, the food is great, and the space is so comfortable. Highly recommend hosting your next party here!!
Everyyyy. Timeee. I call here one of the children that answer the phone cannot seem to take a simple PIZZA ORDER. And then cannot deliver to an address less than ten minutes away. And I hope Brett is fired immediately because he's the biggest human trash I've ever spoken to on the phone. Do better Cocas.
Called for a pizza delivery. Pizza was left on our porch. 1 hour after placing the order we called and they couldn't find the order but when they did they said that we should check the front porch. Dan the manager said that we asked for it to be left there on the porch NOT TRUE Dan! Very loud when we called initially and The person who took the order asked for us to repeat everything 3 times! No wonder they messed up the order. When we got upset he called us rude and after refusing to give us his or his district manager - Doug's last name or number he hung up on us because he doesn't have to listen to people being rude to him. FOR MAKING A MISTAKE WITH OUR FOOD - UNBELIEVABLE! AMAZING - WELL DAN - I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG YOU HAVE WORKED WITH THE PUBLIC BUT PEOPLE GET UPSET YOU MESS UP THEIR FOOD! YOU NEED MORE TRAINING DAN!
Starting from the moment we walked in the door, it was a fantastic experience. We were greeted as we came in, had someone bring menus quickly, suggested appetizers, refilled drinks without asking, kept folks at the bar area entertained, and just all around was a good waitress. Food was great, atmosphere was fun, pizza hot and drinks cold. The final thing: as we walked out the door, the same guy that greeted us told us thanks for stopping in. ❤️ love this Coccas so much we pass 2 others to visit this specific one!

Consistently good pizza every time! Ordered pizza and a grilled chicken salad for Christmas Eve lunch with my parents who are visiting from NC. Grateful they were open and delivering despite the deep cold. Pizza was hot and extra baked just how we like it. Would LOVE to see hand cut fries on the menu for on the salad!
