First time here celebrating our 32nd anniversary. Everything was great. I especially loved the atmosphere. Dim lighting, a water fountain. So peaceful. The Manager, Casey, was visiting each table introducing himself as the new Manager. Super nice and took his time with each one. A real people-person. Our server, Nicole, was great and super sweet. All staff was very attentive to everyone and were very pleasant. Will definitely brag about it and visit again. Awesome guys. Keep up the great work😁💜
Excellent Service, the hostess informed us who our waiter was. I had a reservation my table was ready. Albert was our waiter excellent service very quick our table always had water and drinks refilled. The food was excellent we tired the new Brunch bruschetta Chicken. Complaints to the Chef. To top off try the mimosas
This was the first time we enjoyed dinner at Clearman's Steak 'N Stein. We celebrated our friends 40th anniversary and they chose the spot. The food was excellent especially the cheesy bread . My wife and I shared the Ribeye with grilled shrimp. There was a $8 or $9 split charge but I believe it was for an extra salad( something I've heard of but have never been charged at any other restaurant) The service was good but not great and the I was not a fan of the atmosphere. The restaurant is where too dark, you need a flashlight to read the menu. Our total bill with tip was about $105. We would go again probably with the same friends. But if you check out my Google guides page you will see we enjoy food at many restaurants that are a better value with the same or better quality food.
Be warned!!! The place it’s self feel like the restaurant inside pirates of the Caribbean. (A ride inside Disneyland) The cheesy bread was nasty, the salads were nasty it was literally toasted bread (croutons) cut into smaller uneven sizes with some just lettuce. We were an order of 7! We got a few different stakes and my little one got a kids steak bite sizes. THEY WERE COMPLETELY BURNED! The waiter looked annoyed! When my dad tried to bring up the issue she completely ignored him. We asked for medium well!!!! Why on earth was it still bleeding! Anyways at the end we paid… we used cash. She was suppose to bring the change back and instead proceeds with “do you need your change back” but she’s like annoyed. We just kind of look at each other and we’re no you can keep it. But that had to come from us. We get home and we’ve been running to the toilet persistently! Never again!!!!
There was no other way to celebrate our anniversary other than to have 7:15pm reservations on a rainy Saturday evening. We followed our noses and the smell of open fire grilled steaks and arrived and waited maybe 10 minutes for our table to be ready. In the mean time we had a glass of wine at the bar and enjoyed the warm and welcoming ambiance. Between the live musician and the the multiple conversations happening in the main dining area, it was a wonderfully vibrant environment. Once seated, we met Kyrie, who was an amazing hostess, server, and all around radiant human. Kyrie was extremely patient and attentive. We quickly ordered our meals - a lobster tail dinner and a steak and scallops dinner, and within moments our bread and salads arrived. If you've never been here before, the first thing you'll notice is the amount of delicious cheese bread, salad and dressings you receive. You can't go wrong with any combination. Our salads never stood a chance, they were inhaled within minutes. Shortly thereafter, Kyrie returned to clear our plates and add the finishing touches to our dinners. The lobster tail was cooked perfectly, along with the fluffy and piping hot baked potato and crispy onion rings. We of course had leftovers for the next day that we could have eaten but did not want to overstuff ourselves. All in all, the service and ambiance were outstanding as always. We eagerly anticipate our return.
Really enjoyed our dinner here. We came here for dinner on a Saturday night. There is live music, and my complaint was that it was a little loud and hard to talk. The food was great, the service was great, it is a nice linen table cloth & napkin restaurant. Many were dressed in cocktail attire. If you're looking to get dressed up, you wouldn't be out of place here. We've been longtime fans of other Clearman's restaurants, and this is my new favorite
Food was ok. I would definitely go back but not for the lunch Filet and lobster. The Filet looked like a flat piece of meat and the Lobster was the size of a shrimp. But I would like to go back and try the dinner side of the restaurant.
The steak was super bloody and had no flavor. Service was great. Presentation of food was pretty cool I wouldn't go back here unless they dropped there prices by 40%
