Okay, so this one was a little hard to rate on the star system, but after weighing the pros and cons, the good outweigh the bad... the cinnamon rolls are delicious! Their coffee drinks are, in my opinion better than popular competing coffee shops, and excellent customer service; BUT, if you're going to dine-in, be aware that it's near the smoking section of the casino and it is noticeable. The dining room doesn't billow up with smoke, but the ventilation system sometimes blows the aroma of a burning cigarette your way when your sitting at a table eating your warm, sweet, sticky buns.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location with staff. Grace at this location was running a very uncomfortable operation while I was standing In line. She was training a new employee who had by far better customer service than her who she talked down while she denominated some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. While I was waiting in line, one of the many things that made me uncomfortable, and at the top of my list is watching Grace approach an elderly couple who was sitting in the dining area, Grace approached them with hostility, telling them they needed to leave the dining area, and it was closed, and it was the trainees fault for not telling them, and if they need to get up right now. They look stunned, they took approximately three minutes to leave it, which wasn’t quick enough for Grace, and she approached them a second time being even know anymore abrasive and demanded they leave. I asked the trainee for manager information, which of the trainee kindly provided the information and told me her trainers name. I was a little later, confronted by Grace on the casino floor, telling me that if I had a problem with her customer service that I can bring it up with her. Graces behavior was down right sad and hard to watch, Managment here please do better!

It's open in the Riverside Casino. It's on the 1st floor near the front desk. Looks like they merged it with the Seattle's Best Coffee shop. Nevertheless, you can get your Cinnabon deserts there.

This was a must stop lol. After a few days of passing this place going back to our room. I had to finally get my fix of sweets 😋. Oh my gosh that smell of cinnamon rolls and coffee in the morning we just had to stop. They were fresh and so warm and delicious.

Is cool, but the choices are too limited, and too expensive.

Obviously Kathy the owner deleted my last post. This place is awful. The food is gross. The owner is the worst owner I have ever dealt with. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

so amazing ordered #2

Hard cold old cinnamon rolls. The worst cinnabon ever at Riverside and Harrahs Laughlin. Pathetic
