Half the sides weren’t available at 645 in evening. There was only one woman working tonight with a couple men, she had a nasty attitude. They didn’t have any fries so they had to put it in fryer, the manager (I assume he was as he had a Didn’t shirt) said 3 mins but at about 6 I was getting antsy. For example, I said I would take corn but when I saw it and realized it was on the cob I was shocked (I literally haven’t been in a church’s since the 80s) and she said that’s what the menu says…. It did not, said corn so I assumed in a cup. This was just one example of her attitude in the less than 10 mins I was there I experienced several others. I know it doesn’t do much posting here but maybe a regional manager or something might see and want to possible correct the rude behavior. Needless to say I’m good never going back to church again as I know why I don’t eat there now and the employee to boot. The manager looking guy was nice and decent but it only takes one person to leave the really negative review!
Due to short staff this location tends to be closed when we come into town, but they were open today. So we picked up some dinner. Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, and my favorite are the jalapeño cheese bombers. Order was correct. Guy at the window was very nice.
This chicken is raw, didn't even get the rest of my order, paid for potatoes, rolls, chicken and okra, received raw chicken and okra. Paid$26..I tried to call and no one answered. They were not busy when we purchased it not were they busy when we went back. Time lapse: We get here and now the lady doesn't want to give a refund and acted as if it was our fault the chicken was raw.... She ended up refunding us but was upset at us .
The older woman that took my order was very rude and unprofessional. I am genuinely surprised that she has not been fired yet due to her bad attitude. I will not be returning.
Went by at 9pm. Didn't eat until about 10 pm and my chicken was raw. I called manager the next day and she told me she could only replace the chicken I had Left over which were three pieces because I gave my brother two and the dogs two and I are some of one of the pieces. I told her I didn't want chicken that I wanted my money back and she said she could only refund with a receipt. Unfortunately I couldn't find it but she wasn't nice or apologetic and even said that no one else had complained. I'm waiting to upload the picture of my chicken. Will never return to churchs
Refried chicken, dirty tables and no hello or thank you. Took a bite of the chicken hard and refried. They need to teach the employees on how to be courteous and have clean tables.
The food was fresh and delicious. The 2 things wrong would have to be 1. Out of Mac and cheese 2. My bombers were overcooked to the point where we ate 16 out of 24 bombers.
I love this place, it's gotten a lot better than it was a couple of years ago. I love the two piece, and a biscuit. The tenders are also bigger and better, plus the biscuit.
