I love the food. but the experience sucked. I ordered online at 5:20, was told to pick up in 8 minutes. I waited until 5:50, went to pick up and was yelled at because the store was understaffed and my order wasn't ready. I didn't cause a stink or complain, just said I had an online order and the employee was quite angry towards me. I won't be going back to this location and I will be contacting management. The employees shouldn't be so overworked that they are getting angry at customers ordering food at their restaurant. I'd advise everyone to use KFC in the area instead. They always work quickly and have friendly employees.
Been going to this location a lot because my pregnant wife craves fried okra. I never enjoyed Churches before, I had been once, it was terrible, I wrote it off. This location has changed my mind, the food is always hot and fresh, and the people there have been nothing but friendly and professional. Johnny was at the window today, and as always my experience was fast, friendly, and courteous. This is a store to be proud of, good job guys!
waited over 45 minutes to pickup a online order after arriving at store. constantly told another 5 or 10 minutes. clearly they don't have the staff or don't know what's going on.
Very clean, fast and friendly! Staff is very accommodating, patient and kind. Food was fresh, hot and tasty! We come here all the time and it’s constantly great!

I only come to this Church's Chicken location they offer lower prices than the others and the staff is super friendly. I'm from Philly and I come up for work and I don't get to eat church's often but this is one of my guilty pleasures.
I’m not afraid to give the benefit of the doubt. Church’s Chicken has always been home. These men and women know how to throw down like nobody’s business. Keep the great work folks.
