The drive Thur customer service was poor, Bad attitude, The Lady kept rushing me ,as i was trying to order, I couldn't not tell her what I wanted next before she cut me off. Then, when I pull around, I get the look from inside. Like I did something wrong. Older women.. WE GOT TO DO BETTER THAN THIS!!!! Whatever is going on with you personally, keep the job separate, stay professional at all times...

The food was pretty much standard for the franchise. We went through the drive through so I can't speak to the cleanliness of the restaurant. What I can say is the sweet tea was sour but not nearly as sour as the attitude of the woman taking our order through the speaker. She was rude, huffy, and just generally nasty. Maybe she is just having a bad day, but she should have stayed at home or at the very least been tucked in the back somewhere where nobody had to deal with her childishness.

I've never had a complaint about this place. But yesterday I purchased the Texas grande meal. Lady stated I had to wait around 15 min. Ok I did. Got the food got home and to my surprise! The chicken was old you can just tell and smell it. The taste was horrible this chicken had to be from the day before. The food was stale not even warm the mashed potatoes was to watery. My kids where disappointed so was I. I didn't even bother to call to complain for what to get more old chicken from the previous day! No thanks! Oh I forgot to mention the coleslaw ..woow plain disgusting!

The customer care and service is great, the food is good, could be fesher. The drive thru is filled with divots and pot holes, it's like an obstacle course trying to navigate around to avoid damaging your vehicle.

I ordered mixed ended up with all dark. I called to advise them but no one answered the phone. Had to go up there the next day and they replaced the white meat chicken that I was missing.

My chicken was room temperature cold... Not even slightly warm. It was like it'd been sitting out forever. I didn't want to risk food poisoning so I called several times to request a refund, but couldn't get an answer. I finally went back by, went in, and spoke to a friendly lady manager. She was very sweet, apologized, and remade my food hot for me. They were super slammed which is probably why I didn't get an answer by phone. Maybe I had caught them at a slow time earlier? With food turn over that fast I'd be puzzled how it got cold. Anyhow, the employees were all nice and seemed to be working hard. As far as the food, it's overpriced and the flavor is pretty bland sadly. I was disappointed in the food, but greatful for kind staff. P.s. Careful for the major road damage and potholes coming around the drive thru.

So I picked up a delivery from here today. I came in the door, first, and stood at the counter. Someone came in behind me and the lady came up to the counter (short blonde hair with an under cut and burn scars across her chest) looked right over me, greeted the other person and asked how she could help her. I interrupt and say I am standing here and she rolled her eyes.

The chicken fingers, French fries & the jalapeño poppers were fresh & quite tasty. 😋 However, my wife ordered the chicken sandwich, which had a burnt taste to it & the meat had a dark color to it which should have been white in color like the chicken strips. We were traveling on a schedule to get to the Atlanta Airport, so we had it to go. We didn't have time to turn around, so my wife took the chicken off the bun and ate the bun instead. That was the only thing that could have been better...Cashier could have been friendlier, afterall; it's paying customers like myself that actually pay her salary. Without them she wouldn't have a job to go to... My wife was in restaurant management for a number of years and that's the one of many things she stressed, SATISFIED CUSTOMERS + GOOD QUALITY FOOD + FRIENDLY STAFF & GOOD SERVICE + CLEAN STORE & RESTROOMS = REPEAT CUSTOMERS ,meaning that you have a job to come to and get paid...Here's the chicken from the sandwich and one if the chicken strips. You can see the difference between the two...The chicken strip is clearly white meat, while the chicken patty is darker..
