Horrible service; had to order at the window. While I was waiting a friend of the guy at the window in a convertible black mustang drove around and walked between my car and the window to place an order. This place is just awful. It twenty minutes now and my order is still not ready.
I ordered a #2 with 2extra sides. My potatoes still have powder in them, the Mac and cheese is burned all the way through, the corn on the cob isn’t done all the way Annnnd the biscuits are burned!! Worst experience ever!!
The chicken isn't the same. So much nasty batter, chicken over cooked. Long wait for what. I never get quality service hoping if I go back it might be better, same results. The worker aren't in a hurry, they make you wait. It not like they have so many customers. You set at the window for a Good 15 minutes. When you get your food it's wrong or not good. XXX delete
We were in the area and possibly went at the wrong time. They were waiting on the delivery truck so they were out of buns, fries and several other things. We got the tenders and fried Okra. There was some sort or drama going on in the parking lot so from drive thru order spot to picking up order, over 23 minutes went by. Food was good and hot, so no complaints there.
I had to wait entirely too long just to place an order. The food is always good though.
The line was long. I was on a tight schedule. Had to leave. They need workers. I'm certain that it would have been delicious 🙃
Went to go order and the whole staff was outside smoking . And the heavy set drive thru cashier was sitting in her car with the headset on playing on her phone . Will never go back again
Doors locked up at 7 PM! That says your staff is lazy and only wants to do drive-through. I don’t do drive-through when doors should be open this let’s me see I got all that I ordered. They will not get my business any more
