This place has one of the nicest employees I've ever met. He was so polite and friendly!! Came about 8:45pm. He had braces and a beanie on. Thank you for great service!!

Cashier would only assist one person at a time until the order was filled and the guest was leaving. The first piece of chicken tasted stale. The rest were great. The fries I had to wait for them to cook, so they were great as well. The biscuit was pretty good. Overall, I would return.

I utilized the drive thru this time. This being my second visit to the store and my food is always hot. The service is ok not at a five yet for me. But I will continue to go back and patronize this location.

If your looking for the most classless and unprofessional place to grab chicken this place is your choice...the staff has their young children in lobby and in the back of the prep food area while their parents are working and you also have to listen to low IQ conversation from these workers. Staff are absolutely absent not to think that they aren't doing something wrong ...you get what you pay for...disgusting in everyway

Fries tasted old. Chicken strips weren't cooked enough. Biscuit was good. Not much ice in my tea

I ordered and paid for an extra biscuit. I checked my order before I left, and I didn't realize my extra biscuit wasn't there until I got home. My receipt showed I paid for the extra biscuit, Church's Texas Chicken Restaurant didn't deliver! It's the principal!!!

The chicken is always hot, crispy and fresh! Honey biscuits are way better than other chicken joints.

Always love this Chirchs chicken, food is always fresh and customer service is good, a family favorite 😍
