It absolutely makes a difference when your entire team works together. Gets along and provides excellent customer service and fresh hot food. I am amazed with this location. I live nearby and I've experienced. Other times at this same location with different team members that were not delivering the expected customer service and hot food. I would like to say Congratulations to this team here at this location. You all are doing a great job, keep it up. Work together, keep the food coming out fresh and hot. Straight to the customer, keep up the great work.
I don't understand every time I get out of work I stopped by churches that never had chicken I noticed a pattern around 8:30. they don't cook no more chicken. And before you in order by the intercom they're telling you there's a 30-minute wait on chicken discouraging customers. Sometimes loyal customers get out of work and the last thing they want to do is wait 30 minutes to get food. please someone fix this. Tomorrow I'll be calling corporate as well. But always the same story. Smh
I was greeted as soon as I opened the door. The lady behind the counter was very nice and suggested a special that was perfect for me. The food was delicious as always and I love stopping in... especially when the service is this good.
Your manager Roman or Raymond some 60 something year old man is cussing out employees in English and Spanish. Bad mouthing them in front of customers and giving customer attitude. Have it fixed immediately before it goes to the news.
Went in for two of the two piece meals and in both of them the chicken was raw and when I tried to call them five times to see what I could do they never answered the phone, I'd love a refund but seeing as how they never answered the phone I doubt I'll be getting it anytime soon.
Food is good, service can be better, twice they forgot my jalapeno bombers. I use the drive through so speak clearly and have them repeat the order and check it before you leave.
The chicken was great but the mini churros the amount of sauce I was given was very little for the five churros I got I expected more sauce like the picture they have.
Too damm expensive. Just for a few pieces of chicken. Chicken strips.... 5pc. Meal $10.49 .It's double it's price in last 6 month of $6.49 back January, March 2023 and the pieces gotten smaller ....
