I took my 3 year old son to this location for the first time since the one in Rockville basically had no games for toddlers. I like that this location has more space/games for toddlers his age. But I didn’t like that some rides and games shut down out of nowhere. My son really loved the ride that has the safari animals in it, we took a break to go eat and when we went back to this ride it wasn’t working anymore. Then like 4 other rides/games stopped working. We ended up leaving. When I was young and used to go to Chuck E Cheese and a game stopped working an employee would always come out to fix it, that wasn’t the case here. Also the fries were horrible, they were kinda burnt and just did not look appetizing at all. I guess Chuck E Cheese is just different now.. But the staff was very nice, especially the guys up front. Also the girl who was at the prize area was very sweet to my son. I wish I got their names so they can get credit lol. Overall not such a bad experience I think we will come here again, hopefully the games won’t shut down next time!

I went there few years ago! A fun place for all to go! Recommended games, tickets and prizes! I only come here for games! :)

I love that its always so nice and clean the staff are soo friendly food so far always been fresh with not a very long wait time. I bring my kids regularly to this very convenient location.

This is my favorite location. It's the biggest one I've ever seen and the rides/games are spaced out. It had more activities for my toddler than most locations have. I brought my two year old and he loved the ball drop game (a bunch of balls fall from the ceiling.) He also loved the tea cup. Both of these activities are not at a lot of locations.

First time taking our 3 year old here, and we all really enjoyed our time here. The place is spacious, several booths around, comfortable, clean and the staff is nice. The pizza came fast and is fresh. I haven’t been to one in over 10 years, but I was not expecting the total to be so expensive. A medium pizza, three drinks, and a 40minute game card totaled $80! We won’t be coming here weekly, but every other month is reasonable. Keep up the great work!

My bb love. It

This place is pretty big. However the biggest complaint was the AC. Chuck and cheese keeps the A/C off. The outside temperature today is 86F. Everybody is complaining and sweating inside. Very uncomfortable to be inside. This will be our last time here.

This place was surprisingly clean and quiet on a cold Friday. My son is 3 and there were a lot of age appropriate games for toddlers. I even found some fun games there. Highly recommend. The one downside is the loud announcements about the recurring performances.
