Staff was friendly and the place was clean. We did go in the morning, but it was perfect cause we had the place all to ourselves. Kids had a blast!
We arrived at this Chuck E cheese when there was hardly anyone in here literally about maybe 6 other people.. the reserved section for birthday parties was empty and we asked if we could reserve it for a few hours and the manager told us no,. Even though there was no one in that section. The tables once a customer has left the tables they do not clean any of the tables that were loaded with plates... nobody cleaned tables for the whole 4 hours that we were here. Horrible employees.. They receive the 2 stars because the pizza is fair and the the Chuck E cheese was very friendly and humorous.. that was the highlight of the day...
The prices are outrageous, the service was slow, the place seemed extremely under staffed (nearly impossible to get any type of service in there) and the food portions were tiny. Probably one of the worst Chuck E. Cheese locations I’ve ever been to. Checking out Johns Incredible Pizza next time instead as I saw online they do have an unlimited buffet
Stopped in really quick for the kids. Let them run around a little bit, play some games. Bought a pizza, some drinks, etc....no complaints. Good experience overall. Will return.
Horrible service the lady took forever to come to the front and only to talk to the employee instead of assist us. The pizza took a while and when it finally came out it was burnt and hard and only 8 slices instead of the advertised 12. All the other trays were black and plastic and our looked like a lid for a cakepan or something. All the tables were dirty even though there was nobody here. Probably the worst one I’ve been to.
The experience was great, the animatronics are in perfect condition. Everything about this location is great, from the pizza, to the games, to the drinks, to the salad bar, everything is a top notch 5 star. Great job CEC Norwalk 👍
Is a good place for take the kids. Nice attention and they have a lot of games. My son love it.
Everything was great until one of the employees checked my tickets card and said i had 1200 tickets then a few moments later said i had 500 🤬
